The staff was friendly and tried their best without much management support!!

1 I cut my hand and was bleeding. When I asked for some antiseptic and a band aid and was shown an empty first-aid kit. According to staff it had been like this for some time. 2 The property is not air-conditioned and has the audacity to claim 4 star status. 3 Had we arrived after dark staff told us we would have had to grope our way up the gravel road hill to find our room as they are not permitted to leave the reception area. Pretty poor. 4 The hotel restaurant was closed for the week we were there.

The room with jaccuzi, the location, the ambience, free use of internet, the setting, were all excellent. The breakfast was good.

The receptionists (especially the girl) were none too helpful. They were far too interested in talking amongst themselves and showed very little care for the clients.

One reception staff did not acknowledge our booking and was rude about it. The others were fine.

Our room, 1205, was excellent with views over the lake from the bed and jacuzzi. Excellent location for visits to mountains and lakes.

Some of the staff were quite surly and did not smile or greet clients. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Breakfast could have been improved with availability of fresh fruit.

Very nice rooms although there were some minor inconveniences like no air conditioning and poor cross ventilation with open windows. Still the rooms were nicely appointed and large. For the reservation price (rather than the inflated overcharge) they were exceptional.

Going up and down the hill is a chore from the topmost lodge. They did not give us the room I had reserved four months earlier, and they blamed Booking.Com for giving us a reservation that wasn't in inventory. I thought that was both bs and unprofessional

A vista do Lago que é impressionante e a receptividade dos funcionários. Tudo isso em um ambiente acolhedor.

O Hotel é muito bonito, muito bem pensado, os quartos são amplos e muito bem iluminados com janelas enormes. O nosso (suite junior) tinha uma banheira de hidromassagem com uma janela grande com vista para o lago e foi ótimo! Não fica muito longe da cidade (2km) e ao mesmo tempo fica longe da agitação do centro. Um taxi (20 pesos na época) resolve. Caminhando daria se existisse alguma estrutura de ciclovias ou calçadas ao lado da rodovia... Uma pena a prefeitura não pensar nisso, já que essa rodovia tem vários hoteis e tem sempre alguém andando pelo acostamento. Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos e prestativos.

O quarto estava muito empoeirado (há de se relevar isso um pouco pois com as cinzas do vulcão, deixar limpo sempre é quase impossível.). As pistas de circulação dentro do hotel são de brita e levantam muita poeira e quase não há passarelas para ir caminhando até o restaurante/café. Um paralelepípedo ou algo do tipo seria bem vindo... O restaurante estava fechado e só funcionava para o café. O café era apenas satisfatório (como parece ser em todos os hoteis da argentina), sendo reposto sempre. Apenas uma tijela de cereal tipo "fruity loops" parecia estar a tanto tempo exposta que com certeza já tinha passado do prazo de validade. No verão faz muito calor no quarto e não existe ar condicionado.

ÓTimo...Hotel Perfeito!!! Conforto, serviços, localização e tudo mto organizado, ainda mais juntando com a vista do Lago.

DE uma maneira geral me agradou.

Infelizmente fui na época que as cinzas ainda afetaram a cidade, o problema é que por causa disso havia poucos funcionários e hospedes no hotel, só não foi 100% por causa disso. Fora isso o hotel é incrível, muito romântico!!!
