Thank you, tripadvisor, we were able to make a reservation on line on the Atlanta tarmac as we realized we needed a place to stay and address to give our taxi driver upon arrival in BA...in ten hours. We arrived a day before check-in to our apartment (apartmentsba.com) and were welcomed warmly at Design Suites. Federico, at reception, allowed us to leave our bags with them, while our room was getting made up (we arrived on a morning flight), so we could explore the area. Room was clean and comfortable, fridge, microwave, cable tv and wifi. Nice lobby area (with a computer area) lappool-like water feature - and fun breakfast buffet was included. Charge for local calls. Very nice to have a day/night in a hotel before going through the check-in (2 hours) to learn how to live in Buenos Aires:). Thank you to all the travelers who posted great info to make our arrival go so smoothly: E.G.: Taxi stand, prepay with cash ($198 pesos) from the Banco de Nacion atm, etc. Room Tip: We were just happy to get one at such a good price. The ac noise was pretty loud, but remove the key and the lights go out:)... It was all good, the noisy air vents were way better than no ventilation at all

We stayed in the Design hotel and later the nearby sister hotel which was not in the same league. The Design Hotel has a great staff- friendly, helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large with good linen and powerful big shower, free wifi. Breakfast is good too. A very simple but good hotel.

La atención del personal fue excelente muy atentos y bien dispuestos ante cualquier consulta; la habitacion con diseño moderno, amplia, comoda, limpia y muy bien equipada; muy buen desayuno. Muy buena ubicación. Optima relación precio / servicio. Sin ninguna duda volvería y lo recomiendo.

La estancia en el hotel fue excelente! Si bien lo elegi por su ubicacion, me encontre con una muy cordial atención del personal y un excelente desayuno incluido en la tarifa. Ademas el hotel cuenta con servicio wifi sin cargo que no es común en Buenos Aires... Viajo seguido a esta ciudad y con certeza seguire eligiendo Design Suites!!

Localizacao e limpeza Os empregados nao estao preparados para atender turistas. Dao informacoes com na vontade e, podendo, lhe informam o meio mais caro para fazer algo. Enquanto um atendente concorda em fazer cambio, o outro se recusa e lhe indica uma casa de cambio. Enfim, o hotel eh bom pela localizacao e limpeza, os funcionarios sao mal preparados

La ubicacion del hotel El lobby del hotel es francamente feo, mal cuidado.El lugar del desayuno feo. Poco acogedor. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, el baño es diminuto se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el baño de arriba. Cada vez que van al baño, te despiertan

O Hotel é localizado na Recoleta, fica perto dos melhores pontos turísticos de Buenos Aires. Café da manhã podia ser um pq melhor, mas também não pode ser classificado como ruim. Com relação aos funcionários, são de maneira geral simpáticos.
