The rooms were fantastic, the junior suite was huge, the bathroom was amazing. A lot of thought had been given to small details. It is a hotel with ambition for sure.

I hated & I mean hated the 'designer' music from the unfittingly poor speakers that are piped throughout the common parts non-stop. Such a bad decision. I understand that the music is supposed to add an ambience, but the sound quality was so awful, it ruined what could have otherwise been really relaxing quiet times, or equally good music if played through a good quality set-up. The hotel clearly wants to appeal to those seeking a 5 star experience. Sadly small maintenance defects shows that the hotel is not receiving the TLC required to keep it in tip-top condition. The heating was way way too high & my room (205) is directly above the sauna. It was unreasonably hot in there & the windows open only a tiny bit. Avoid this room until it is fitted with air-conditioning!

Our experience in the hotel was great. Starting with the team that was polite and accomodating, thru the room facilities, the view from the windows, the complete silence. Cleanliness. El calafate is a special place, and the hotel fits in.

Exceptional location, extremely quiet lake view, beautiful interior and exterior design that make this hotel perfectly integrated in the landscape!

The hotel is a little bit far from El Calafate centre.

I have traveled extensively in Latin America and around the world. The service at this hotel is among the worst I have ever experienced, especially for a supposed four-star hotel. Very rude and unhelpful staff who were indifferent to any of our requests (such as trying to get a taxi to the airport when the one we booked still hadn't arrived).

Nothing Quite to difficult to find, not at the center of the city

The hotel was designed very well and the room was very comfortable. Had a great view of the lake, nice facilities and food.

The only complaint I had was I communicated with the hotel via email before I arrived and asked them to book the glacier walk for me before I got there an thought it was done, but once I arrived it apparently wasn'T. I had to go into town and book it myself, a day later than I wanted.

El diseño. La ubicación a mediana distancia del centro. Un lugar tranquilo. La estupenda vista del lago Argentino desde la habitación y espacios comunes. La correcta atención del personal. El puntual servicio gratuito de transfer al centro. La suite con vista al lago de cómodas dimensiones y el amplio baño con hidromasaje con vista al exterior.

Podría mejorar el desayuno, especialmente el café. Una sugerencia: para llegar a la suite es necesario bajar cuatro escalones, es necesario agregar un pasamanos y una luz no estaría de más. La habitación se torna calurosa al recibir el sol, casi la totalidad del vidriado es fijo y el único móvil permite una mínima apertura, lo cual puede ser eficiente contra el viento pero torna el ambiente un tanto incómodo.

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es el diseño del hotel, la amplitud de las habitaciones con la vista al lago, como asi tambien su cocina gourmet. Todo estuvo perfecto. es un hotel soñado. Digno de ser recomendado.

La ubicación a pesar de tener excelente vista es de dificilisimo acceso, poco señalizado desde la ruta y pasa por lugares muy oscuros de noche en calles sin carteles. Da un poco de miedo. La atención del hotel bastante fría, poco atenta. El desayuno muy pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas, el yogur y la leche en envases sin refrigeración, sin reposición autómatica tenía que pedir vasos y huevos que ya no había. Pagué especialmente una suite junior con vista al lago y jacuzzi pero este mismo no funcionaba y al hacer el reclamo no me dieron solución alguna.. La habitación no cuenta con doble vidrio por lo que el viento sonaba muy fuerte y el sol la hacía extremadamente cálida. A pesar del control individual de la calefacción la habitación era sofocante tenía que poner el aire acondicionado. Realmente no me gustó y me dolió pagar el costo de la estadía

L'hôtel est magnifique, un design en adéquation avec le paysage, le luxe des grands espaces. La vue depuis les chambres sur le lac est spectaculaire, le calme des lieux et une bonne literie contribue à un repos exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré l'endroit... Le petit dejeuné était bon.

Cepandant l'entretien du Spa est à revoir. La piscine, certes très belle et bien chauffée mériterait un meilleur entretien. À ce rythme de détérioration, elle n'en a plus pour longtemps. Le bain de vapeur ne fonctionnait pas, et pas seulement pendant notre séjour je crois... Le personnel dans sa majorité et sauf l'une où l'autre exception devrait être plus aimable. Mais peut être est-il comme le climat de Patagonie, rude....ou comme le design de l'endroit, minimal? Le restaurant est prétentieux.
