Perfect view of lago Argentino, one of the most comfortable, hospitable and beautiful hotels among in hotels we stayed in Argentina. The hotel is a little bit far from El Calafate centre.

the view is probably the best one you can get in El calafate - the hotel has an amazing view - the lake, the mountains, the nature, fantastic! Also the rooms are great and have a biiiig whirlpool where 2 can easily fit! Also for Argentina very nice and good breakfast as well as a nice spa with swimming pool, sauna and steambath which is very nice after a whole day of hiking :) the swimming pool is indeed very warm which is not so comfortable if you want to swim...for relaxations after hiking it is great.

Wonderful view of Lake Argentino Very poor service,the staff are noto guest oriented , not smiling , not say by bye aytime !!!! The junior Suite are normal room size , interiors design amenites like normal room.The pool and spa aerea service not well maintend and dirty !!! The coffie at brekfast it's orrible ,we change 12 hotel in Argentina and this wa the awafull one in the mean time the most expensive !!! Hotel it's 10 min by car from the center taxi transfer around 30 pesos, and shuttel service only from 6 pm till 12 pm. Bar ,restauramt,lounge reception are only in one room area , that it's not so pretty !!!

I have traveled extensively in Latin America and around the world. The service at this hotel is among the worst I have ever experienced, especially for a supposed four-star hotel. Very rude and unhelpful staff who were indifferent to any of our requests (such as trying to get a taxi to the airport when the one we booked still hadn't arrived).

The quietness, the view is amazing (allways go for the lake view), the pool is hot and its very good. The hotel is quiet and ideal point to make tours. The city is only 1-2km you can walk or get the free transfer. If you like design you will like this hotel. The spa and Gym needs a litle maintenance. The restaurant is just ok , it wants to be a gourmet restaurant but it doesn't quite get there.

Very special hotel - lots of attention to a lot of things - but lack of it for many details as well... Overall however a very positive experience! There is a shuttle bus in the evening... But although we were at the appointed spot well in time did not get picked up - probably changed the route as we saw the van passing on the mainroad.... Hotel refused to talk about it and reimburse the taxi...

Design and view. Location - way out of town and past the rubbish tip and fences of plastic bags. Signage was poor to find it. They have a beautiful lounge area and decide that is the 'smoking' area in the hotel. Despite nobody smoking there when we were there one afternoon, the ashtrays were full of butts. They need to fix this! Restaurant menu was limited.

This is probably one of the fine hotels in El-Calafate- its hard to find a good one... We liked the view from the room... Old rooms- need to ask specifically to be in the Lago side for better view. We didnt find the design we expected in the room (more like a 20 years old hotel)

The hotel was designed very well and the room was very comfortable. Had a great view of the lake, nice facilities and food. The only complaint I had was I communicated with the hotel via email before I arrived and asked them to book the glacier walk for me before I got there an thought it was done, but once I arrived it apparently wasn'T. I had to go into town and book it myself, a day later than I wanted.

This was anything but a junior suite. At the beginning we even had a room without air conditioning and around 30 degrees C. Only after complaining they changed our room. Still not bigger but at least AC

El personal es muy agradable y resoluto, el hotel tiene mucho encanto, la decoración tiene mucho estilo y las instalaciones están muy bien pensadas. Mucho calor y acogedor. Se podía disfrutar con estar en el hotel La ubicación era un poco alejado del centro y poca comodidad si se querían traslados antes de las 6 de la tarde( a partir de esa hora un traslado por hora hasta las 12)

La ubicacion es muy buena y la atencion en general. La heladera de la habitacion no enfria, el servicio lo tienen tercerizado. El desayuno no es muy bueno, el tema de medialunas y tortas es pesimo. La parte de salados es normal. La lechera no funcionaba bien durante los tres dias. Se nota que falta algo de atencion sobre los detalles en general

+ Die Aussicht ist traumhaft + die Zimmer geräumig und sauber und mit Wihrlpool + das Design der öffentlichen Räume ist sehr ansprechend, der Zimmer aber nicht - Das Hotel scheint nicht gepflegt, das Whirlpool funktioniert nicht (2 x in 2 unterschiedlichen Zimmer getestet), oft auch die Klimaanlage - das Personal nicht so freundlich, scheint übermüdet und lustlos - das Essen im Restaurant

Posizione lontana dal centro ma strategica sul lago argentino. Ottima spa, buono e bello il ristorante Insufficente connessione wi.fi. Naveta x il centro solo dopo le 16.00!!!
