Location Fake design furniture all made in China - Looks nice on the pictures but when you get there you see the plastic imitation. If you get a room make sure it it not facing the street. It can be very loud. Our bathroom was pretty banged up and the fixtures were not working properly. Even the toasters for breakfast were not functional. Good thing was that the staff tried to make up for everything as good as possible.

Staff delivered excellent service Nothing is too much effort or impossible to do for a guest. Towels looked and felt about 10 years old. They could do with new ones.

El personal del hotel es destacable. Amables, solicitos, muy atentos. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada. El restaurant es excelente y las habitaciones son muy modernas y confortables. Sería Óptimo contar con bar en la piscina.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Se puede descansar bien de noche a pesar de encontrarse a pocos pasos del centro financiero y de compras de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son confortables, amplias, si bien están faltas de mantenimiento. Los placares son amplios y de fácil acceso, lo cual facilita la guarda de ropa y valijas. El desayunador y restaurante se encuentra en la parte original del edificio, la cual se encuentra restaurada con excelente gusto y comodidad. El estilo del lobby es minimallista, con algunas obras de arte que lo hacen placentero paraaa disfrutar una copa o un café. La piscina se encuentra en el último piso, y dadas las condiciones climáticas imperantes durante nuestra estadía (días nublados), imposible de disfrutar en plenitud dado que la misma no es climatizada. El jacuzzi una vez ocupado por una persona o dos, ya no se puede utilizar por su tamaño pequeño. En todos los casos que visitamos la piscina faltaron toallas limpias y la reposición tardó en llegar. El desayuno puede mejorar mucho en calidad, si bien está bien surtido. Un tema aparte merece la ambientación sonora de los espacios, tema repetido en casi todos los hoteles que visito por trabajo o por placer a lo largo del año: la música es estridente a cualquier hora del día y su programación parece que queda en manos del joven personal del hotel, lo cual hace que tanto su estilo como su volumen no coincidan con la edad promedio de los pasajeros. Durante toda mi estadía he tenido que desayunar y cenar con la música a muy alto volumen y, sobre todo por la mañana, con estilos musicales que distan mucho de la tranquilidad que debe tener la mañana y el arranque del día.

O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e bastante confortável Devido a localização, as suites que se localizam perto da avenida principal são barulhentas a noite devido ao transito de veiculos.

Fantastisch hotel midden in Salta. Hele mooie kamers en een goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Hotelpersoneel zou wat meer enthousiaster mogen reageren. Daarnaast spreekt niet iedereen Engels, wat je wel in een internationaal georienteerd hotel zou verwachten.

Gostei muito do hotel. Os quartos são amplos, espaçosos e limpos. O café da manhã é muito bem servido. O prédio onde está o restaurante é maravilhoso, a arquitetura é linda! O atendimento foi muito bom, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos.
