The wonderfull big rooms, which were clean and well equiped. The staff was definitely not of 5 star quality. Expecially at the reception. In my opinion they were too young and didn't have a proper hotel education. In a 5 star hotel this shouldn't be the case. |

I liked the exhibited Art of high class local artists and that every room had at least one pice of art which made the room unique. I also liked the view of the City since the entire Wall of the room was glass. More adapters are needed for foreign plugs. |

Very friendly and helpfull staf, great room everything is 'design' which does not mean comfort. It was impossible to take a shower without splattering the entire bathroom. |

La atención en el bar y el restaurante. Las comidas son de excelente nivel y el menu absolutamente gourmet El servicio al cuarto. Reserve camas separadas, era matrimonial. Lo solucinaron. Regresabamos de una salida, después de las 14:00 hs y el cuarto estaba sin hacer. No reponían papel higiénico. Faltaban detalles de productos basicos en el baño.Creo que tienen una enorme oportunidad de mejora.Lo que les falta es un proceso que sea de guía de servicio para los cuartos. |
