a bit noisy
location: in the middle of Palermo
Great location, Palermo Soho is a very attractive chic area with plenty of choice for eating. Refreshing modern decor of the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Noisy music from the adjacent venues on the Sat night but quiet every other night.
The location is great and staff are helpfull and nice
Neighbour (a bar) too noisy during the night
They are asking me all the details of my credit card to refind me, I sent them a RIB/Iban because they don't have to ask me such informations but I'm not sure they will pay me back the 65 euros they owe me .
Very awesome location. Low key boutique hotel. Our room and bathroom was very spacious.
Cleanliness definitely needs attention - I don't think there are enough cleaning staff. For example hair on the floors, and you could tell our glasses were just rinsed and not washed with soap. Bed sheets not tucked in properly. A modern building with so many good points but then it gets let down with some very noticeable flaws. Blocked drain that was never fixed. The wifi wouldn't connect to any of our apple devices. Staff were helpful but very limited in their knowledge and advice for tourists.
Excellent location and very helpful staff with good English

noise...clubs in the neighborhood
The location of the hotel is the best possible! Near all the vibrant bars and restaurants, in a quiet area avoiding the crowds of BA. Just 15min walk from the Subte (Metro). The room was very comfortable and spacious, amazing bed! Very quiet, though the last day some noisy neighbours arrived and could hear them clearly at 7 in the morning...
The breakfast is served in another restaurant nearby, we didn't join as we preferred one of the many different options around every day. The bakery across the street is the best alternative. Also some of the receptionists (with the exception of the best girl, Mari) were not very helpful with directions for the city and for currency exchange directions, which is a major drawback for tourists in Argentina.
It was near where I wanted to be.
Too many things to mention here. Unknowlegeable staff - no where to sit in the room - too expensive for anywhere, let alone that area.
