El diseño y decoracion Lo limitado del baño, el ruido del compresor del aire acondicionado, buena ubicación pero se escucha el ruido que hacen las personas en la calle el fin de semana.

La voluntad de los chicos que atienden por mejorar lo inmejorable. está muy separado la atención de los departamentos (2 cuadras). No hay intercomunicador desde la habitación a la recepción, No hay con quien a partir de las 21 hs. No tiene cochera ni convenio con las cocheras vecinas, no tiene desayuno.
