Very clean and spacious. Location is great - close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and the subway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. Our studio apt was spacious, clean and comfortable. Located in a very good location, within walking distance to a supermarket, several bakeries, subway station and the Palermo Shopping Mall.

We used the kitchenette to make breakfast and it was lacking essentials, like cooking oil and paper towels to wipe down counters and/or to use as serviettes. We worked around it, but it was not a deal breaker.

The rooftop pool was secluded, sunloungers by the pool were the perfect place to have a glass of wine as watch the sunset, to the sound of the trickling water in the pool. You feel a million miles away from the chaos of the city below. Great barbecue area (we didnt use the actual BBQ) on the lower level of the roof terrace. The building was spotlessly clean, design was modern and comfortable. We had a superking double bed, really high quality bed. So comfortable! Good location for the restaurants of Palermo, but also other shopping. Paula, the cofounder, has an office within the building and was very helpful with organising our transport and making reservations. She was always in the office if we had any questions. The apartment was given a really good clean one day. Everything sparkled! There is a laundry room upstairs, it all looked new, but also a cheap laundry shop 2minutes away

The biggest problem was definitely the hot water. It ran out after one shower. There were only two of us but even when we were quick, the shower turned cold. The bins could have been bigger as you don't get daily cleaning, so if you're cooking, you need more space for rubbish. The kitchen sink in our room was blocked.

Nice area of Palermo close to the subway. (Not the place if you want to be close to the center of ba.) Building is clean, modern and safe.

I was in 3a on the front of the building for the first night but due the constant street/traffic noise moved to the back to 3g, which was better - though dark. The street lamp is literally a few feet from the balcony of 3a and the curtains needed to be drawn all the time to keep out the light. Neither room had wifi - contrary to the claim on booking.com that wifi is available in all areas. I had to go out in the hall to get any signal.

Very nice facilities, spacious, huge bed, nice terrace, and nice pool.

The manager of the building came and basically kicked us out 5 minutes before check out. She walked us to the room to "inspect" it before we left. She was incredibly rude to us and didn't even ask us how the stay was. It was very off putting and even slightly humiliating accompanying her to the room then having her walk us out the front door of the hotel as if being escorted after being booted from a club. The wifi was awful. Like really awful, barely even functional.

Location, at the appartment everything is new and of very good quality, an apart-hotel managed same way as in Europe, not much staff but no need anyhow, a good supermarket 2 block away, alto Palermo shopping a few blocks away, I would definitely go back!

You can hear a bit of traffic noise at times but knowing Buenos Aires city this is just impossible to avoid 100%

We had a very pleasant stay at Dream Studios ba. Comfortable shower and bed, lovely swimming pool area on the roof. Close to supermarket, shopping malll and subway. Great location for exploring Palermo by foot.

Perfect location for exploring BA with kids! Near very nice parks and green areas, but also near the city center with the tub.

The location is absolutly perfect to stay with kids in BA! Several nice parks including the Zoo are just nearby (5-10min walking or taxi)

Great apartment, excellent location,amazing deal, the apartments are modern, clean, beautiful, Paula was very helpful and professional, overall this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in Buenos Aires, great option for families. We will return! Book this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Great staff who were really helpful. I know Buenos Aires quite well but I was given a few tips about getting around that were really good. The area is fantastic- residential but very close to public transport. Very safe at night. I also really liked the studio. It was a good size, very comfortable. You could easily sleep there people (one on the sofa). Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Spotless throughout and very modern design. The pool and bbq area on the roof is a definite plus, especially when you want to just chill out after a long, hot day of sight seeing. Thoroughly recommended!

The one security gaurd (curly haired guy) needs to sleep more at home.

Good and safe area, modern, specious, clean apartment close to shops and restaurants. Near tube station. Very friendly owner. If your flight is in the evening your luggage will be looked after and on your return you still can take a shower and chill out at the pool before you go to the airport.

A bit of street traffic can be heard but this seems almost impossible to avoid any where in BA!

The staff was pleasant, the place is very clean, and it is in a great location, just steps from shopping areas and from the subway system.

The internet was a bit slow.

To be able to pay in pesos argentinos. Well maintain, well up keep, lots of sunlight, new facilities. Confortable bathroom. Very good bed, matress, pillows, etc. Very silent.

Better explain clearly the possibility of paying in local currency.

Dream Studios was my last stay on my 3 month trip round South America and as the saying goes, I saved the best till last. Although they are called studios, the rooms are extremely spacious and kitted out to the highest standard like something out of Wallpaper magazine. Paula was an extremely kind and helpful host. She gave me a suggested list of bars and restaurants, which turned out to be hidden gems, ideas for tours and shopping. The only problem was I didn't want to leave here and go back home!

The staff was so helpful, going above and beyond to offer concierge services. Rooms were unbelievable value. Spacious, modern, and clean.

Excellent service. Beautiful appartment in great location. Only few blocks to Palermo Shopping Center and the subway. the swiming pool on the terrace is a dream! We loved our stay at Dream Studios!

Location. Good apartment with balcony.

Check worked poorly. The information that you should pay one day in advance is not true, you must pay the full amount directly (ok, if it is clearly in the booking). No arrival information in English when you arrive. Cleaning and change of towels etc only once a week, not at all in line with what you would expect from an apartment hotel in this price range.

Paula was very prompt to answer e-mail questions, offered great advice regarding the area and made my stay very relaxing. The hotel is very near to a large shopping center, the subway and many other amenities. I walked with little effort to many of the downtown parks, markets and the theater district. The San Matin bakery on the corner will ruin your diet in a hurry and the attached restaurant offers great pizza! This hotel is in a very good Palermo neighbourhood and I will stay there often.

Great location a short distance from the domestic airport and centrally located in Alto Palermo - 15 mins walk into Palermo Soho and a bit further to Palermo Hollywood. Its close to Bulnes Metro station which can take you close to San Telmo, Retiro and central plazas. Room was new and very modern. Its a lovely large side with a large comfortable double bed, balcony and kitchenette. The bathroom is sparkling with toiletries provided. There is a roof terrace with a small pool and good views particularly at sunset. They are still waiting for the terrace furniture to arrive and once it does this will be a great spot to sunbathe. Both Paula & Tatiana were prompt in answering emails and queries and provided helpful advice.

We had an excellent stay here but if I had to be picky I would say the pool itself could have been cleaner. You have to pay for the accommodation upfront but I was kind of aware of this so it wasn't a shock.

I would like if their was a sun recliner by the swimming pool as their was nothing to lie on to relax an enjoy the sun.

Extremely clean, comfortable, great location and very safe. Easy access by subway, public transportation or taxi to all major atracctions, business and shoping areas. Cozzy,quite and private. Good ammenities, like the safe box in each room and fully equiped kitchinett for 4 people. Frendly staff and eager to help, bi-lingual. Usually I stay at 5 or 4 stars hotels, I will stay at Dream Studios BA next time, it became my prefer choice in Buenos Aires.

Since it is not an hotel, they don't change towels nor clean every day, a minor inconvenience for us.
