La atención del personal, las chicas de recepción son sumamente amables (en especial la chica de Argentina, EL Salvador y la nueva de Florianopolis BR). La decoración del hotel es estupenda. Estupendo hotel. |

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, the nicest staff of the five different places we stayed. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable king sized bed. Great location. The doors slam when closing so it is quite noisy. Quite a bit of noise from corridor and outside as well. Our air conditioner did not work, and it was hot! The technicians called in to fix it weren't able to, but staff did give us a fan. The room was fairly small without much natural light. No bathtub. |

The Staff were very helpful and nice!, the location was great:in the heart of Palermo, great for going out and shopping,they put alot of detail in the decoration of the hotel to make it 'boutique',there was free wifi the noise in our bedroom was terrible,we were like on a highway!breakfast was very poor,not alot of choice, the pool was dirty all week and they didn't have beds next to the pool? only 2 chairs? |

Extremely helpful staff; great recommendations for restaurants. Even helped to fix a flight booking error made by Aerolineas Argentina! The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Room was also very clean; breakfast very good (light) & great coffee. Good proximity to shopping and restaurants |

The room was a nice size, well decorated and airy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A very small point - we asked on arrival if there was a mini bar in the room and was told that there was, but we did not manage to find it anywhere in the room!! A tiny bit diappointing as we had had a rather labourious journey from Ushuaia having arrived at the airport at 3.15pm and arriving at the Duque past midnight (a taxi driver who couldn't find the hotel didn't help) and didn't feel like going out. |

The hotel staff were excellent as was the location of this great new hotel. Our original room was quite dark and did not have good lightening. We asked to be moved and were lucky to be moved to another room that had a great window and good lightening. |

Small ( 14 rooms ) intimate hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Stored a botttle of fine wine for us while we spent 3 days in Montevideo area Picked it when we checked back in for 2 more nights. Very clean. Rooms a little small but typical of European style yet adequate for spending the nights and gone most of the day. Could use more outlets for charging cell, computer, etc. |

Great location, friendy and helpful staff who spoke english, very clean and stylish. The music in the hallway was nice, but loud at night when trying to sleep. Would help to have carpet in the hallway to absorb some sound. No complaints otherwise. |

The staff were the most friendliest we have come across. Their English was amazing for a South American property. The place was clean, the design fantastic. Couldn't fault it. Maybe the size of the rooms but everything else made up for that. |

Charming decor and atmosphere in completely refurbished house in excellent location in Palermo. Very short walks to good shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Staff most accomodating, friendly and helpful. Absolutely delightful. One of most enjoyable hotel experiences we have ever had. Would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires. |
