Friendliness of staff, spa, very comfortable beds, very clean. The room was facing the street, which was loud at night with open window. However, windows were very well insulated against noise, and noise is probably unavoidable given the location (very central).

El botón Tobías ha sido excelente con su atención sonriente, de hecho fue prácticamente la única persona amable. La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación estaba muy cómoda. El personal de la recepción, no saben nada de los alrededores y no nos "supieron" dar información tampoco buscaron resolver nuestras dudas como turistas. El Wifi es de mentira, nos dan la clave, se conecta, pero nunca nos abre ninguna página porque es de muy mala calidad la conexión, nunca pudimos chequear nuestros emails, siquiera abrir la página de google para buscar la información que no nos quisieron dar en recepción. Antes de reservar había leído las mismas críticas por booking, pero no le hice mucho caso porque era uno o dos personas que lo escribieron nada más... Pero es totalmente cierto. Mala atención por parte de la recepción y no sirve el wifi.

La excelente atencion del porsonal de recepcion y la ubicacion. Las maquinas de internet muy antiguas y lentas, muchas veces no se podia entrar para leer el correo personal.

Muito bem localizado e confortável. Linda vista do lago. Queriam me cobrar todas as diárias antecipadamente, não achei correto. A Internet não estava funcionando bem. Não gostei do banheiro, era escuro.

O hotel é excelente custo beneficio, serviço nota 10 e ótima localização. Quartos limpos e com bom espaço, cama muito boa. Existe agencia de turismo dentro do hotel que são muito atenciosos e possuem ótimas opções. Chuveiro na banheira com cortina plastica, um pouco perigoso. Porem bastante agua quente. Sugestão de reforma para tirar banheira e colocar box blindex. Isso é apenas um detalhe....

A localização. O hotel está precisando urgente de passar por uma atualização. Está mais para um 3 estrelas .Os atendentes de balcão são muito secos. Não dá para chamar de um hotel 5 estrelas.

Muy bonito, muy cómodo y a solo unos pasos estás cerca del centro. Decidí regresarme un día antes de lo planificado e igual me hicieron el cargo completo a pesar de que era temporada baja.

O hotel é bem localizado para quem está se deslocando sem automóvel próprio, fica bem próximo ao centro, apenas uma pequena caminhada e já se está lá. A vista dos quartos da frente dá para ver parcialmente as cordilheiras. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e gentís. O Hotel atualmente encontra-se em muito bom estado de conservação. Os restaurantes oferecem muito boa comida. A área de lazer da piscina surpreende com uma vista belíssima das Cordilheiras. Por tudo isso e outros motivos tive uma viagem incrível.

O hotel e muito bem localizado e muito aconchegante. Fica a duas quadras da Rua Mitre que e a principal da cidade. Funcionários muito prestativos. Limpeza do hotel excelente. Café da manha poderia ser melhor, os bolos e doces nao sao saborosos, mas ainda assim e bom café.

A atenção e cordialidade dos funcionários. Excelente custo-benefício. Possue anexo excelente escritório de turismo que você programa os passeios com muita tranquilidade. A localização também é boa e tem em frente uma loja para alugar roupas e equipamento para esquiar. Tem dois bons restaurantes também próximos. O sistema wi-fi do hotel não funciona muito bem, entretanto o hotel disponibiliza no lobby computadores para aceso gratuito à internet.
