Completed in 2007, this relatively new hotel is simply a joy at which to stay. The facilities are excellent, roomy and modern. The staff spoke excellent English and ensured our stay was perfect. The courtesy transport into (and back from) town was needed as it is out of the town. Each room would have an excellent view of the lake. Breakfast was good and hearty. The hotel is out of town so you will need to take advantage of the courtesy transport into and back from town. This, naturally binds a visitor to the transpoort timetable (or you get a taxi for about 25 Pesos each way). |

Very good service by most staff especially Matteo. Free shuttle ride into El Calafate. Proximity to most of the attractions in El Calafate and beyond. Would recommend a good taxi driver / guide if time is short to see attractions and suggest Santiago from the Remis Condor company. |

The staff at the hotel were very very helpful in a very genuine manner. We receive complementary drinks on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for them. Staff were very knowledgable about all aspects of travelling, sightseeing and eating in the local area. Hotel is a little out of the main town but a regular free shuttle runs there hourly and we enjoyed the more secluded location. |

The staff at Edenia welcomed us and helped us with our plans for excursions in the area, even drawing a quick map to help us orient ourselves! The hotel was comfortable and clean, and it was lovely to return to our room after a long day at the glaciers. |

The hotel staff were very helpful indeed. They couldn't do enough for you. From checking in with a welcome drink, to giving all the information required for trips to the Perito Moreno glacier, and to El Chalten to giving lifts into El Calafate with the free shuttle service. Gracias! No swimming pool. I thought there was meant to be one there, but had little time to use one anyway! It's also about a 20 peso taxi drive (although a free shuttle available) into town, but it's nice to be in a quiet spot, away from the hustle of down, and the dogs! |

We werden er meer dan aangenaam ontvangen. De manager is een belgische, wat uiteraard ook wel leuk was. Je kon er alles vragen aan de receptie, van het boeken van excursies tot het wassen van kleren, en allemaal met de glimlach. Zeer positief was de gratis schuttledienst naar het centrum. |

Schitterend hotel, met ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel. Ze helpen je echt om excursies te plannen en te regelen tot het ophalen en voorschieten van tickets toe! Redelijk ver van het centrum, maar dit ongemak lossen ze op met hun gratis chuttle service. |

De ontvangst met welkomstdrink, toelichting over het hotel en hulp voor het opstellen van excursies was ongelooflijk goed. Het hotel is schitterend gelegen met fantastisch zicht over de stad en is ongelooflijk rustig. De kamers zijn schitterend, met king size bed en gigantisch veel ruimte. Het restaurant is uitstekend en zeer verfijnd. Prijs/kwaliteit overtreft alle grenzen ! |

La vue, la chambre, le calme et le rapport qualité prix Très excentré et doit etre mentionné. Le service de navette est cependant efficace mais pas de transfert aeroport proposé meme payant. |
