La atención del personal a la llegada es excelente, si quieres te organizan las excursiones a buen precio. Las vistas desde la habitacion son magnificas.

Esta a 7 kms del centro, pero el hotel pone un autobus cada hora que te lleva y te trae al centro y las agencias te recogen del hotel para hacer las excursiones lo que minimiza totalmente el posible inconveniente.

There was a mixup in our reservation--we had booked two rooms; they had reserved only one--but the staff corrected it without any fuss. All the staff was courteous and attentive, and were happy to share information about activities in the area.

The location of the hotel is mixed. It sits on a hill overlooking Lago Argentina, which is spectacular. But it is quite a distance out of town. While the hotel provides shuttle service, it's a pain for guests to schedule outings around the shuttle schedule.

The room was too hot. (The heated bathroom floor was heating the whole room. Maybe, some form of air conditioning required).

The location was not very desirable. It was outside of town on a dirt road and difficult to find.

They recommended ves Patagonia for airport transfers, and they were so slow we missed our flight.....Restuarant not great, food in the town of a much higher standard

Hotel was excellent, rooms were very spacious and warm. Breakfast was excellent but it was the staff who made this sty so good Matteo in particular was superb at his job and nothing for him or any other of his colleagues was too much trouble.

Very good service by most staff especially Matteo. Free shuttle ride into El Calafate. Proximity to most of the attractions in El Calafate and beyond. Would recommend a good taxi driver / guide if time is short to see attractions and suggest Santiago from the Remis Condor company.

Não tem frigobar. Quarto voltado para a rua barulhento.

Cafe da manha muito bom. Quarto confortavel e limpo. Eu e minha esposa fomos recebidos com drink de boasvindas. Internet disponivel no quarto

Um pouco longe da cidade, e não havia van disponivel, embora o hotel tenha oferecido pagar as corridas de taxi entre o hotel e a cidade. Dificil contato por email para a reserva.
