There was a mixup in our reservation--we had booked two rooms; they had reserved only one--but the staff corrected it without any fuss. All the staff was courteous and attentive, and were happy to share information about activities in the area. The location of the hotel is mixed. It sits on a hill overlooking Lago Argentina, which is spectacular. But it is quite a distance out of town. While the hotel provides shuttle service, it's a pain for guests to schedule outings around the shuttle schedule. |

The location of hotel and friendly staff The room was too hot. (The heated bathroom floor was heating the whole room. Maybe, some form of air conditioning required). |

Staff brilliant, location awesome, great town, very good place They recommended ves Patagonia for airport transfers, and they were so slow we missed our flight.....Restuarant not great, food in the town of a much higher standard |

Hotel was excellent, rooms were very spacious and warm. Breakfast was excellent but it was the staff who made this sty so good Matteo in particular was superb at his job and nothing for him or any other of his colleagues was too much trouble. |

Completed in 2007, this relatively new hotel is simply a joy at which to stay. The facilities are excellent, roomy and modern. The staff spoke excellent English and ensured our stay was perfect. The courtesy transport into (and back from) town was needed as it is out of the town. Each room would have an excellent view of the lake. Breakfast was good and hearty. The hotel is out of town so you will need to take advantage of the courtesy transport into and back from town. This, naturally binds a visitor to the transpoort timetable (or you get a taxi for about 25 Pesos each way). |

Very good service by most staff especially Matteo. Free shuttle ride into El Calafate. Proximity to most of the attractions in El Calafate and beyond. Would recommend a good taxi driver / guide if time is short to see attractions and suggest Santiago from the Remis Condor company. |

Le personnel fait un travail remarquable. Ils sont accueillants, chaleureux, vraiment un service client exceptionnel. Certains se débrouillent en français. Jamais je n`ai eu l`impression d`être un numéro. Il n`y a pas d`air climatisé. Ce n`est pas dramatique. Mais lorsque l`on ouvre la fenêtre, il n`y a pas de moustiquaire. La chambre se change en paradis pour papillons. De toutes manières, j`y retournerais à cause du personnel. |

La atención del personal a la llegada es excelente, si quieres te organizan las excursiones a buen precio. Las vistas desde la habitacion son magnificas. Esta a 7 kms del centro, pero el hotel pone un autobus cada hora que te lleva y te trae al centro y las agencias te recogen del hotel para hacer las excursiones lo que minimiza totalmente el posible inconveniente. |

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Bonitos muebles. Ambiente acogedor. Demasiado calor en las habitaciones. Falta de aislamiento acoustico. Se oyen perfectamente los vecinos de las habitaciones de al lado (poca suerte si roncan !). Para los que no tienen coche, el alejamiento geografico del centro de pueblo es un problema aunque el hotel propone una furgoneta cada hora |

Cafe da manha muito bom. Quarto confortavel e limpo. Eu e minha esposa fomos recebidos com drink de boasvindas. Internet disponivel no quarto Um pouco longe da cidade, e não havia van disponivel, embora o hotel tenha oferecido pagar as corridas de taxi entre o hotel e a cidade. Dificil contato por email para a reserva. |
