Clean and spacious room. Good lunchboxes for day trips. Regular shuttle services. Nice views from the room. Food was relatively pricey. Bit annoying that we couldn't take our luggage on the shuttle bus.

The hotel staff (Elise and the Manager Pasqual) made you feel really welcomed. They are so nice and helpful. The location is a little far from the town but they have excellent shuttle service. The room is spacious and really comfortable. The restaurant food is very nice too. Definitely, I would like tom come back to stay.

We were taken back by the warmth and friendly staff, compared to the other places we stayed at on this trip. The hotel is new and modern which adds to the comfort. We enjoyed our stay there.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff in particular Leo at reception. They really took care of us. The price and location are also excellent, and the food in the restaurant was also excellent. The shuttle bus into the town centre was also brilliant. Also really loved the view from the bedroom, and the bar was also really nice and relaxing. The only thing is that the dining room had the lights turned up full for dinner so it was a bit like a hall, rather than a lovely cosy room that it could be. The food was really good so a few candles would really improve the ambience. Staff are excellent.

The room was big, the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Internet fast and free. Very surprising was that one of the staff was speaking Dutch, funny (and easy for me)! We were allowed to wait in the hotel since we had a late flight. They even offered us to use a room meanwhile, but since they have very comfortable seats/sofa's, we did not use a room. Far away from the center.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is fairly new and well appointed. The restaurant provided delicious boxed lunches and the dinner menu was delicious. The walls did not have much sound-proofing so noise carried from the adjacent rooms. The hotel is a distance away from the center of town, but they did provide a free shuttle.

Un pequeño error de una recepcionista, que creo se podría evitar con el uso de un sistema informático que identifique nombres y apellidos de todos los huéspedes y las habitaciones. Creo que sería útil para mejorar el muy buen servicio que ofrece el hotel.

Personal excelente, atentos, preocupados, un 10. Desayuno bien. Transfer al centro del pueblo con regularidad. Relación calidad/precio buena. Habitaciones un poco viejas, sin lujos pero cómodas.

O funcionário que nos atendeu, Silvestre, foi muito atencioso e prestativo. O hotel é muito bom e a paisagem que o cerca também. é afastado da cidade, justamente o que queríamos; o transfer é a cada hora. O café da manhã é bom, mas não variava (fato comum na Argentina). Houve um pequeno incidente: esqueceram de avisar que o mini-trekking que contratamos deveria ser pago em dinheiro, o que causou certo transtorno. Em alguns dias deixaram de colocar o piso de chão do banheiro. Nada que comprometesse a estadia.

L'accueil, les conseils et la disponibilité du personnel (la gérante, Pascale, bien que belge parle très bien le français!) . Le cadre. Les chambres confortables et spacieuses. L'absence de fruits frais au petit-déjeuner.
