Casi nada me ha gustado. El unico resort que tiene este hotel, es el resort-e de la cama que se te clava en la espalda al dormir. Habia insectos y esta muy mal cuidado, la habitacion estaba sucia al llegar, con objetos de higiene de huespedes anteriores. No me ha gustado para nada.

La vista desde el restaurant es muy linda y el entorno de vegetación también. Los precios son algo excesivos para la calidad que ofrecen y las porciones no son grandes. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien. Las areas comunes (pasillos a las habitaciones por ejemplo) son agradables. El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y la decoración de las mismas es bastante pobre. La primer habitación que nos dieron aún no había sido puesta en condiciones y debieron cambiarnos (lo hicieron rápidamente). En la nuestra faltaba mantenimiento: el baño tenía algo que perdía y que mojaba el piso, uno de los veladores no funcionaba, el ventilador de techo no tenía la tulipa de luz, en el baño había un agujero para poner el extractor (que faltaba), la calidad de toallas y sábanas también es pobre... En la habitación no hay una guía para indicar como usar los servicios, ni siquiera el teléfono. Es una pena porque el entorno exterior, con un poco más de dedicación, orden y limpieza, es muy bonito. Es evidente que falta gerenciamiento. Si no fuera porque el hotel del casino es mucho más caro, este hotel no podría costar lo que cuesta: su precio debería ser más o menos la mitad de lo que es.

muy linda la ambientacion y reciclado del edificio antiguo la habitacion, el baño. la pileta de natacion estaba vacia con 30 grados de tenoeratura. La atencion muy deficiente y peor aun en el restaurante (90 minutos o mas para servir la comida)
