Helpful staff. Convenient to the bus station. Nice breakfast. A little noisy in our room - it was located in the front of the hotel.

muy conveniente la ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la ruta , al menos para aquellos que siguen viaje hacia el sur el estacionamiento en el hotel tiene capacidad para pocos autos...

Confortable, muy buena atenciòn en gral y calidad/variedad en su restaurante. Muy buena ubicaciòn, cerca de la ruta 22, fàcil acceso y salida, para no tener que entrar al centro de Neuquèn cuando solo necesitamos un alto en el camino para continuar al dìa siguiente. Estacionamiento limitado y habitacion algo pequeña, pero muy confortable.

Lindo hotel para hacer noche y seguir viaje al sur. Lo mejor la hospitalidad y el restaurant Tiene capacidad para pocos autos en la cochera, yo por suerte pude poner el mio. Sino te llevan a un estacionamiento a 5 cuadras

El hotel en general esta muy bien, habitaciones cómodas, buena decoración, personal muy amable. Lo único criticable serían las tarifas, pero es algo criticable a todos los hoteles de la ciudad de Neuquén, como es paso cuasi obligado para continuar a los centros turísticos de la cordillera parece que se abusan un poco con las tarifas, ya que lugares de la misma categoría en centros turísticos como Bariloche, San Martín y Calafate por ejemplo, se consiguen a mejor precio.

Nos gusto la comodidad de la habitación. Me parece que a las personas que pagamos en efectivos, tendrían que hacernos un descuento, ya que se ahorran la comisión de la tarjeta y los intereses de crédito y debito que les hace el banco.

La ubicación y las camas son muy cómodas. El estacionamiento, solo hay 4 lugares que se ocupan por orden de llegada, y el otro lugar para estacionar esta a 5 cuadras y hay horarios para retirar el vehículo. Nosotros queríamos salir temprano y tuvimos que esperar una hora hasta que nos dejen sacar el vehículo.

La hospitalidad del personal, muy correctos, la limpieza y prolijidad de las habitaciones. Lo mejor fue la cena, la comida es muy buena. El desayuno también es bueno. Gracias por como los atendieron. Tuvimos lugar en el estacionamiento de la entrada pero solo son 4 lugares.

Lo espacioso y limpieza de las habitaciones, buena blanquería. El aire acondicionado mal ubicado, si lo prendias, al rato te morías de frío, y si lo apagabas, te sofocabas porque no corría aire.
