The suite was of good size and comfortable. The location was good and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good There was a smell in the bathroom which was not pleasant. The view from window was not good - booking stated we would have a room overlooking Chile Square - this did not happen. |

We do not speak spanish, so someone at the desk who spoke english would have been very helpful, especially since we had a problem (broken patio door latch) with the room we were first given, and had to change rooms. |

Les cuento que es mi segundo año consecutivo que fuí y será el último. Por qué ? Cuando llegué al mismo, el martes 8 de diciembre a las 19 hs., Les comenté que de la reserva de 4 días, sólo tomaría 3, ya que debía viajar un día antes a San Juan. El Sr. Andre´s y Cía. No me advirtieron que debía contactarme con Uds. Y el día viernes 11 cuando fuí a pagar me cobraron los 4 días, ignorando mi advertencia y haciéndome responsable de "no conocer el reglamento de la Agencia". Reitero: en ningún momento me sentí Ernesto Casaurang, siempre me sentí un número "x", El hotel estaba vacío, nunca una sonrisa o un "necesita algo" o "la está pasando bien ". Ni hablar cuando reclamé por el día que me cobraron de más. Cero gestión comercial, nunca se pusieron en mi lugar, actuaron como autómatas con un cassette a cada una de mis preguntas. Nunca mas y ya lo informé al Grupo Financiero Galicia sa , al cual represento. |

buen lugar, buenas y grandes las habitaciones no puede ser que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga restaurant y servicio a la habitaciòn los dìas feriados y domingos. |

Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, und hilfsbereit, speziell Reception sehr hilfreich bezüglich Informationen, Tipps. Guter Service,Gute Lage Gut ausgestattet aber Möbel schon etwas abgenützt, alte Teppiche, wirkt nicht so sauber |

très bien situé au centre de Mendoza face a une jolie place et nous disposions d'une suite d'environ 50 m², beaucoup d'espace. Equipement relativement simple mais rien ne manque. |

o hotel fica em um espaço central da cidade de mendoza, a comida é mediocre e o café da manhã bem pobremuito caro para o que ofereceos funcionários são muito atenciosos a parte da hidromassagem ao ar livre é imunda melhorar o café da manhã, equipar melhor as cozinhas do apto, criar uma área de lazer ao ar livre tipo sauna, e piscina mais limpa e com mais conforto nem todos os quartos tem aparelho de ar condicionado |
