The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Within a short walk of many destinations in Mendoza. We had little interaction with the front desk staff, but what we had was helpful and pleasant. We don't speak Spanish, so we were very appreciative that the front desk staff could speak English. The breakfast was very good. The addition of fresh fruit daily was welcome. Wait staff in the breakfast room were very pleasant. The extremely large pillows on the beds were uncomfortable. But I was able to get a regular pillow which made sleep much more comfortable.

The city is wonderful, the location in front of a plaza nice, very quiet in the weekends, the rooms are spacious and the staff kind, the breakfast is not sophisticated but it's OK for the value, I'd be back again!

Great location, cheap, appropriate price for the value Run down a bit, max. three-star ranking, anti-design, pictures on homepage do not really reflect the condition of the rooms .... but cheap at least

The reception staff were polite and helpful. I didn't like the way the air conditioning was refined to the bedroom and was not in the kitchen or sitting room area. Also we booked a wine tour via the hotel, however were on a non English speaking bus so did not understand anything!

Nice room, great location, friendly reception staff The gym was full of laundry so unusable, the rooftop jacuzzi didn´t work and the computer that was supposed to be for guest use was being used by the staff and I was told I couldn´t use it.

Only one brief night. Good location. The room was spacious and clean, though as throughout South America the bed was too small. Everything was fine except, most of the food was gone when we arrived for breakfast and the staff was not accommodating almost to the point of rudeness. See above.

Hotel bonito e agradável. Suite bonita, grande, também agradável. Difícil de regular a temperatura do chuveiro. Sinal de internet fraco em alguns pontos da suite.

Le descriptif que l'on trouve dans booking com semble mensongé Nous n'avons pas eu la chmbre décrite (balcon et vue sur place) le restaurant soit disant gastronomique se résume à un cafétaria les fruits de l'accueil se résume à une pomme

Hotel sencillo que cumple. Buenas camas, espacios amplios, tv cable, personal muy amable. No tuvimos internet wifi durante los 4 dias en que estuvimos en el hotel. Mal olor a alcantarilla proveniente del piso del baño Podría mejorar el desayuno.

El Tamaño de las habitaciones!! Muy buena distribución de lis espacios. La calefacción es deficiente. Y en el desayuno es incomprensible q todo sea muy bueno, menos los jugos que son artificiales.

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Alguns dos quartos tem janelas que não podem ser abertas.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est très agréable. La climatisation peut se couper dans les chambres. la propreté est parfaite. La salle de bain est exigue et d'un équipement ancien. Il n'y a pas de salle de sports ou d'accès facile à une piscine. Le petit déjeuner est moyen.

Excellent accueil et emplacement dans la ville. La vue sur les montagnes et en arrière plan. En premier plan est un fond de cours pas très joli. Les services correspondent plus a un trois étoiles qu'a un quatre.
