Very nice place with all you need (basicly) and equipped kitchen. Silvia (the owner) gave us breakfast for free.
We had to pay extra 35 USD for a week stay at the reception as Booking.com comission!! No wi-fi (only when a big French group arrived they set it up for a couple of days; Toilet paper and soap as well). Shared bathroom must have at least a spray.
Breakfast was not what it looked Like on the photos. (Only bread ( far too old) and dulce de leche). Shared shower was in a terrible state and wasn't cleaned decently.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. When we complained that our bed was uncomfortable (the mattress had huge lumps in it) they changed it, and offered to let us change rooms when none of the plug sockets in the room worked. They also gave us maps and tried to be as helpful as they could on what to do which was challenging as their English was bad and our Spanish was too! The hostel had some nice touches like art work and brightly coloured walls. Kitchen was well stocked and the breakfast was fine but simple.
The hostel clearly had some love and attention when it was first created, but simple things had not been maintained to a good standard: the first mattress we had was worn and uneven, the plug sockets in our room didn't work, the toilet seat was falling off, the shower was almost directly over the top of the toilet, and the wash cloths in the kitchen were not changed regularly enough so were dirty and unhygienic.
Great bed in private bedroom. The hostel in general is clean and very good. The staff was nice too.
We had a great time at Quijote! The staff was amazing and did everything they could to help us, which included calling car rental companies for us. The hostel has all the facilities you'd want, e.g. wifi in rooms, good kitchen. There are also some great restaurants and micro breweries around the corner. We would definitely stay again!
You meet real people there, not just fancy backpackers like somewhere else A Family runs it Cheap breakfast home made
Location slow pc
Nice, colourful room with plenty of space. Very friendly, welcoming staff.
bathroom was always wet and a little small.
Nice and cosy room, warm, hot showers. The couple running the place is really friendly and always there to help. Great advices for hikes as well. Service at the breakfast with homemade jam!!
It was a bit tricky to regulate the temperature in the shower...
Sylvia and Juan allowed us to treat the hostel like our own home and we met some great people here. Kitchen facilities are good and there is a nice common eating area! 5 minute walk to the centre of the town which is stunning! Easy access to/from the bus station on the number 20/21 bus...no need for a cab!
It is a very familiar place. The rooms are clean and super. The stuff and the owner ist very helpfull. For breackfast homemade apple pie with apples from the garden and jam were served.
Very nice and friendly owner...
The wall in the bedroom was growing mould from the damp.
Very friendly owners. Very helpful and knowledgeable
Shower not great
