It has a great modern design. There is a jacuzzi in each room. (A round one, not just a tub.) Spacious suites, great price. Heated swimming pool that is half indoors half out. I would definitely stay there again. The floor wasn't so clean (probably due to the volcanic ash in the area that was hard to keep up with.) The staff was a bit aloof and not very helpful. (Although they weren't unfriendly.)

Everything was realy good. The staff was nice, the accomodation is fantastic, all the roons have view to the lake and it is not in the city centre but it is close enough to enjoy the landscape and the turistic points. The breakfast is good, they bring it to the room every morning. You choose what you want one day before. I dont have any complain about that. There are some people complaning, but that service is nice, because you dont need to get up, and leave the room early to have breakfast. You can have it anytime you want.

O Hotel e muito bom. Linda vista. Esta um pouco fora da cidade -4 a 5 km. Excelente para quem tem carro e queira passar mais de um dia no hotel pois tem tudo o que o viajante precisa, inclusive uma pequena cozinha. Excelente dependencias e otimo atendimento dos seus empregados. Visitei tambem o Rochester em El Calafate e faco os mesmos comentarios. A localizacao fora do centro. Nao estava de carro e a dependencia de taxi foi muito grande para se deslocar ao centro de Bariloche.

Muy buen hotel, pocas habitaciones, tipo apart hotel, bien equipado, jacuzzi enorme en el baño, vista al lago, servicios excelentes, pequeño gimnasio, piscina temperada interior, tiene cocina para autoservicio, desayuno algo pobre. En general excelente.

El diseño de las habitaciones, la cama y el jacuzzi. La piscina es sumamente pequeña y su forma de acceso es algo incomoda ya que hay que no tiene pasillos que comuniquen con este sector y hay que ir por la calle hasta el mismo. El desayuno en la habitación no era correspondiente con el resto de la calidad del hotel.

Las habitaciones son geniales, tu puedes prepar tu comida en la noche y ahorras mucho dinero, tener jacuzzi en la habitacion es maravilloso. La vista es genial. Nos encantó. Volveriamos cuanttas veces fuera, realmente encantador, tranquilo, huele bien en todos lados es fantástico. No tiene Botones y la entrada es en piedritas muy incomodo para llevar las maletas hasta la habitación.

La verdad que es la segunda vez que voy y me gusto nuevamente mucho, yo le agregaria algo de gourmet, o servicio de algun tipo de almuerzo o cena quedaria mas que completo. Pero la verdad sin ninguna queja me gusto todo! Muchas Gracias

Es un hotel excelente desde todo punto de vista, el dormitorio con cama king, lcd en cada ambiente, kitchenette muy bien equipada, el jacuzzi con vista a la montaña, una vista increible con sus grandes ventanales y la relacion precio-beneficio es inmejorable!! Con respecto a los servicios, Incluye un desayuno con seleccion de las opciones diarias, que lo dejan fuera de la habitacion y que es muy completo; internet gratis, el hotel cuenta con piscina climatizada, sauna, gimnasio .. Estadia perfecta.
