Excellent hotel, great rooms, friendly staff, free shuttle van from/to downtown, good rates too. Amazing view of the Lake Argentino from my window. Recomend it for sure. |

Good hotel with good rooms and good breakfast. The staff is helpful. Amazing view out of the room to the lake Argentino The location is quite far from city center. But they provide with free shuttle service. |

comfortable bed, pleasant staff, nice public areas, wifi in hotel with availabity in lobby area, pleasant breakfast included, quiet location. The walls were very thin and conversations in the next room could be heard. |

the staff of the hotel was very nice and available for any kind of request or suggestions. The food from the restaurant was very good and the view on the agrentinian lake amazing. They provide a free shuttle service to the city center The location of the hotel.. not very central. |

We went walking and ate in wonderful resturants and saw the sights. They did not have room service even though they said they did and did not provide transfers to the airport. |

Esta un poco lejos del centro del pueblo, tienen un transfer cada hora acabando a las 22.30 La calefaccion de la habitación era insuficiente, hacia un frio!! |

la atencion del chico de la recepcion fue maravillosa, la chica que hay no es muy amable pero se compensa con el trato que el da. los desayunos deliciosos y muy amplia variedad!!! |

Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht zu helfen. Allerdings sprachen einige davon so gut wie kein Englisch, was wir anders erwartet hätten. 1. Die Zimmer sind schlecht geplant (riesiges halbleeres Bad zu Kosten eines engen Zimmers). Dazu eine tolle Duschkabine, die man erst alleine lernen muss zu bedienen. 2. Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Welt - den Ort kann man nicht zu Fuss erreichen. 3. Die Zimmer sind extrem laut - keine oder unzureichende Dämmung der Wänder / Türen. Man hört alles mit. 4. Z.T. fehlende Englischkenntnisse des Rezeptionspersonals. |

La quiete, la vista sul lago, l'ottimo risorante Non tutto il personale riesce ad esprimersi in inglese, il servizio navetta verso il centro (che comunque sta a non piú di 20 minuti a piedi) che anche se utile non è molto efficiente. |

Es muy bonito y comfortable. Es muy propio del lugar. El desayuno es buenisimo. Que esta retirado del centro del pueblo aunque el hotel tiene servicio de transfer aunque solo hasta las 20:30 creo recordar. |
