[RH] Rochester Calafate  

Awesome breakfast, nice rooms and great view of the lake.

The hotel is more than 2 miles from downtown, on a windy and dusty road. The free shuttle service works every hour from 10 to 12 am and every half an hour from 5 to 10.30 pm. The first room I got was freezing cold for the heate didn't work. It did cost me to convince the receptionist to change the room, and when I was eady to call the Police he finally realized he had a room available. I would expect a *much better* service from a 4* hotel, and really I'd rate it 3*. I stayed there 5 days and the spa was *never* open so I'd choose some other, more reliable hotel if I was looking forward to some massage or spa treatment. The overall experience was positive *only* because I found a very good deal through booking.com: I would not stay at Rocheter hotel if I had to pay regular fares ... not worth it for me.

Front desk service: better not need any help for booking, excursions, etc., especially from one of the two girls ... she'll plainly tell you that you have to manage by yourself, and give you the phone numbe so you can call from your room, whatever you need. Only the last day she was a bit more co-operative and called to book the shuttle to the airport (but first she gave it a try and told me I should call them from my room ...).

Comfortable and clean Hotel, perfect view from the breakfast room on the lake.

Room was cold when the wind was blowing, windows and construction are leaky.

The bed and the view from the room were fantastic.

The hotel was far to far from the town. I got fed up with being told the price in dollars and given the bill in pesos and the staff had no idea of what was going on. Hopeless,

Boa relação preço e o fato de ter transporte para o centro da cidade.

O quarto é bastante amplo e confortável, o banheiro extremamente limpo com chuveiro excelente, porém não existe calefação no banheiro, mas como não há janelas no mesmo não fica gelado. O Jantar é ótimo, e com preço acessível (muito parecido com os restaurantes da cidade) e com ambiente confortável. O funcionários são bastante prestativos. O Hotel fica uns 20 minutos (a pé) da cidade, porém oferece transfer gratuito de 30 em 30 minutos, detalhe: são pontuais. Café muito bom, com bastante variedade.

Transfer de volta da cidade é limitado as 22:45, ou seja, para jantar fora tem que correr ou pagar um taxi, que vai dar aproximadamente uns 30 pesos.

La atenciòn es perfecta, este es un lugar especial para el descanso, con una vista impecable del lago Argentino.

As instalações são excelentes, bom atendimento dos funcionários, bom café da manhã.

Achei o hotel um pouco longe do centro da cidade, embora haja um serviço de transporte gratuito do hotel de meia em meia hora.

el servicio de mantenimiento malo los radiadores no se podian bajar por lo cual se les pidio que lo hicieran en tres oportunidades nunca nos dieron una solucion teniendo par esto que permanecer todo el tiempo con la ventana abierta

Ambiente calido, buen gusto,con una excelente atención al cliente, y con una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar la vista al lago y el contorno de las montañas.

un poco lejos del centro, tienen transporte gratis al centro cada media hora pero solo por la tarde, de todas maneras es un bello hotel y vale la pena

Probablemente uno de los mejores hoteles de El Calafate, hotel de diseno y semi-lujo, que compensa su relativamente mala ubicacion al estar alejado del centro ciudad con un servicio gratuito de autobus del hotel para llevar al centro ciudad a los clientes cada 30 minutos, que funciona de las 4 a las 10:30 noche. En conclusion excelente relacion calidad/precio.
