It is a very good hotel, staff and facilities excellent.

Bell boys were nice and helpful, rooms were good, prices were exorbitant - all overshadowed by appalling reception staff

The Reception Staff - rude, unhelpful, told lies, slow, reluctance to serve, extremely defensive especially the supervisor when we complained about the inordinate delay in having our luggage delivered to our room - finished up having to go and get it ourselves - refused a discount for their abmisal service, supervisor promised to 'send something to our room' instead - nothing eventuated. Would never stay there again

Location was good. The hotel does have a beautiful garden area out back and the pool is excellent

They are one of the few hotels that still charge for the internet and 23 $ us is over the top. The cost for breakfast was expensive.

The rooms

there is nothing to dislike.

Attentive friendly staff. Attractive public areas. Comfortable room. Good locality for eating, shopping (if you must) & general sghtseeing.

Expensive bar & mini bar. Refused an extra hour on checkout. Said it would be an extra nights charge.

- Reception staff, mostly Laura is too helpfull. - room is very clean. - lobby is convenient.

To become 5 star hotel, - When guests come to hotel, porters have to take luggage from taxi, not a guest. - In 15 five star hotels in BA WIFI is free, 4 hotel charge it and with 23 AR$ without taxes Emperador is most expensive. And also you have a room for double but your companion can not use computer, if not paid twice. - You have to change everyday pın of your computer even if you stay 6 days, have to change 6 times and mostly you have to visit reception. - Because of tuneless piano in lobby, nobody want to listen, even to a good pianist. Bad management. - Tuning piano must be done every 6 month period and costs only 50/100 US$ - Towels are clean and changed everyday, but most of them too much used and coloures are getting poor white or yellowish and some are dropped stitch. - Power sockets are 5/6 mt far from bed and you need to use extension cord, for using computer. - Business room is sniffy. you can not stay long period there. - When you take a taxi for port, buquebus it costs 21-22 AR$, and if you take hotel cab it costs 90 AR$. But hotel staff do not call a taxi. You have to call on the street. - Some of staff are unpractised and unexperienced. Somebody have to teach them also smiling.

Mi esposo y yo nos gusto el hotel por ser las habitaciones bien espaciosas, la piscina para relajarse un rato y lo mas importante para nosotros el patio donde uno puede desayunarse al fresco.

Tiene un excelente confort y buena limpieza en todo el hotel en general. El patio me pareció muy lindo y agradable, para ser aprovechado.

Não gostei do hotel e o custo benefício é péssimo. Atendimento e instalações ruins. Tivemos de trocar de quarto duas vezes, porque o ar condicionado não funcionava bem e o cheiro de cigarro está impregnado no hotel.

Apartamentos com muitos defeitos: ar condicionado quebrado ou fraco, fortes cheiros de cigarros, cortinas do banheiro vivem caindo, defeitos no ralo da banheira, piscina com tanto cloro que irritou meus olhos, não oferecem wifi nem café da manhã na diária e os preços cobrados à parte são exorbitantes. Decoração do hall de entrada muito cafona. Vigilantes te olham na entrada como se você fosse um suspeito. Detestei esse hotel e não recomendo.

El agua de la piscina estaba fria,no la puede usar.Y no me gusto que llamaran por telefono a las 12.15 para dejar la habitacion,si bien la salida es a las 12.00.

Achei um hotel normal sem grandes diferenciais a oferecer. Embota tenha um boa estrutura para ser utilizada.

Bem como a primeira impressão é a que fica, infelizmente acho qeu eu nao dei muita sorte. O atendimento inicial feito no check in pelo funcionário do Hotel de nome Paulo, demonstrou total falta de preparo. Ele parecia incomodado com alguma coisa, fato que refletiu no pessimo atendimento realizado. No café da manhã tivemos um outra péssima experiencia, o profissional qeu faz a primeira abordagem deixa claro qeu voce tem que pagar pelo café da manhã colocando a conta em sua frente antes mesmo que voce tome o primeiro gole de café. Achei isso uma falta de preparo muito grande.

Wifi pago. O ar condicionado do quarto n funcionava porem eu n reclamei por isso nao tenho o q dizer
