When entering the hotel,it felt like home. The art deco was a refreshig sight after the hustle of the big city. the staff were always welcoming and friendly,and never failed to supply tourist information.Our room was spacious, very comfortable,contempary styling,very comfortable bed. |

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, free hi speed Internet access, fairly good breakfast included in price. Service at breakfast was slow. Charging for checkout after 11:30am is a bit aggressive. |

Great location, friendly staff at reception. Service at breakfast was non existent, you had to ask for everything (glasses, butter etc). Some of the suites are really small. |

It was a very nice stay at Esplendor Hotel. The staff was very kindly, the hotel is in a good location, with confortable and clean rooms, with a good rate. |

Hotel location was very positive, maybe the sole positive aspect. When we were just arrived,upon checking in,after receiving room key,we went to the room(exhaust after a long flight, imigration etc.) and there was a naked,repeat NAKED,man inside our room.We went to the front desk,no explanations,we were offered another room,a bit more spacious.My wife,always patient+calm,suggested that we should take the new room,but problems with Service only grew by the day! |

Location is perfect for shopping on Florida Street, and the ferry to Uruguay is only about 4 blocks away The staff in the reception were always very busy, mostly talking on mobiles.. |

Adorei o quarto no que diz respeito a tamanho. decoração e conforto. Outro fato que muito me agradou foi a limpeza, organização e o atendimento dos funcionários. Não posso esquecer que o hotel tem uma localização perfeita. |

J'ai aimé le design de la chambre, la localisation centrale de l'hôtel Avons dû changer 3 fois de chambres en raison de nombreux problèmes divers : bruit important provenant de la rue, climatisation hs, impossible de prendre un bain car le bouton ne fonctionnait pas, fuite derrière les toilettes, douche qui se déclenche en même temps que le remplissage de la baignoire.... Aucune chambre occupée n'a présentée aucun problème !!! |
