The staff were excellent, we stayed for 4 days and they were full and upgraded us. Wonderful Place would stay there again for sure.

The staff is very friendly and helpful; the locatiuon is good; the hotel is comfortable and charming. Breakfast didn't work very well during the busiest time 10h00m to 10h30m,

The location, right in the middle of a nice area with jazz clubs, restaurants and other entertainment venues, some of them on walking distance. The staff is very helpfull and friendly, and the bar at the top floor has great views and good wines. The breakfast is just ok, no hot food.

The staff was nice, excellent room, comfortable bed. We had some trouble with the color of the water - it was brown due to a cleaning process in their water tank.

The hotel location is very good and the new tower rooms are better. Problems with the elevator, wireless internet problems, problems with shower (we took a shower in another room) and very high pillow.

Big room with balcony - unusual for Palermo at the price paid. Great restaurants, shops, cafes etc all within walking distance. Friendly, helpful receptionists. Breakfast area rather small and could get v busy but breakfast fare much better than average.

me gusto la habitacion, muy comoda, amplia, moderna Y confortable. excelente desayuno Y muy buena atencion. muy seguro, sobre todo al conseguirnos los taxis para movilizarnos en el centro. el frigobar estaba muy incompleto aunque tiene room service.

O hotel tem estilo, a equipe é atenciosa. No lobby toca uma música tipo lounge muito bacana. O quarto é bom, tem tudo o que a gente precisa, inclusive uma varanda. O melhor de tudo é a localização, existem vários bares e restaurantes próximos. Nã há nada que eu nã tenha gostado.

Muy buen diseño en todos los detalles. Excelente ubicacion. Habitaciones comodas. Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones. Durante mi estadía no hubo agua caliente en el hotel.

Um hotel boutique, situado em um bairro bom, com boas lojas e bons restaurantes próximos. O bairro fica distante do centro e com o transito de ba, uma viagem de taxi ao centro leva 1 hora. O hotel parece ter passado por reformas que não se concluiram. é pretensioso mas fica somente na pretensão (um 'wannabe'). Atrás da tv havia um buraco não tapado! Pedi café da manhã no quarto e eles não tinham ingredientes (!!). Pedi um saca-rolhas e ouvi que o hotel só dispunha de um e eles não podiam emprestar! Sério!? Um saca-rolha de 4 reais!? Não voltarei!.
