Een mooie omgeving, een romantische inrichting van de lodge, vriendelijk en toegankelijk personeel en prima eten. Ik heb niet kunnen zien hoe het totale complex er uit ziet... dit vanwege de korte tijdsduur van de trip en onze prioriteiten bij het bezoeken van de watervallen. |

Visually, the lodge casita would have been perfect for a couple, but not for two people like us. And the hotel is very nice. We were going to stay at the Lodge in a casita but when we saw the bed situation, we refused the room. We were two single women that required two beds and told them as much when we booked the room, not a bed and cement sofas with foam plastic covered cushions for sleeping. No way that was going to work. They gave us a room in the hotel, but it was a smoking room. And there wasn't any air-conditioning in the room in spite of the fact that the weather warranted it. Also, even though they advertise that they have wifi, they did not. They have a computer you can use, but everyone else wanted to use it too! |

The Lodge rooms are very well furnished and very large. The hotel hall has very nice beds to relax in the terrace. No instructions about hotel facilities were present in the rooms, no umbrellas available during rainy days. The staff was not good enough with English language. |

location, pivacy, design (decoration) inside of hotel and lodge, security cleanliness of the bathroom and swimming pool was very poor and dinner choices as well, opening hours of the spa were very inconvenient, plus we had only boiling or cold water for our shower |

Fiquei com minha mulhere nas cabanas. 100 metros do hotel. Muito agradável, bonito e gostoso de ficar. A cabana é bem grande. O hotel tem táxi 24h. E o café é gostoso. A internet nào pegava nas cabanas, mesmo eles dizendo que sim. ao há serviço de carro pra te levar e trazer da cabana pro hotel. Choveu muito nos dias que ficamos lá e tínhamos que andar na chuva para tomar café no hotel. |

El personal es poco amable y servicial en el servicio de restaurante y desayuno. La habitación no estaba limpia del todo, por ej. no limpiaron el cenicero y te ponian los jabones reutilizados por otras personas. Está lejos de la ciudad, en un barrio poco recomendable. La última noche no pudimos dormir nada porque habia una fiesta (musica, gritos y coches) al lado des de las 22 PM hasta las 8 AM. Informamos al hotel sobre la situación, pero ni se solucionó el problema ni nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa (como por ej. un cambio de habitación). |

Cet hotel a un probleme grave de management.lors de notre sejour nous avons été fortement incommodé par des feux de pneus de camions allumés par des employés de l'hotel en conflit avec leur direction. Une demi heure avant le repas de reveillon le 31 au soir. Avons été obligés d'évacuer d'urgence notre bungalow à 200 € la nuit pour nous réfugier dans la seule chambre de hotel qui restai |
