Emplacement proche du centre ville, point de départ pour visite des chutes calme et sécurité, petit déjeuner complet. ambiance parfois d'usine, insonorisation des chambres faible, le papier de la salle de bain était à changer, d'où une impression de saleté mais certaines autres salles de bain sont en cours de rénovation. Petit déjeuner fourni mais il faut aimer les patisseries, car le salé est limité et le chaud rare ( omelette ). |

it is a good hotel the rooms are comfotable, it looks good the service of the hoteldesk was very minimal and not very forthcoming!. there was a problem with wifi so all guests had to use the one computer that worked (the other wa0 not working). this one working computer was on a sort of time lock which we had to find our for ourselves. we asked the desk for help and although they said someone would come it never happened. we saw the same with other guests who couldn't use the computer. Also we asked if they could phone a minibus service to get us back to the airport but they said there was nosuch service although both the touris information and the information we had from the minibus company said there was. They clearly wanted us to take one of the taxis in front of the hotel |

The Location close to the Three Frontiers. The secluded location great for relaxing. I suggest that the Hotel should consider having a Shuttle to "Center City" for a nominal price so guests can avail themselves of the various restaurants in the area. |

Ok stay. Pool nice. Room clean. Staff friendly. Reception area nice. Rooms etc. need a lick of paint and cleaning of tiles - bit of upgrade required in general. Looks as though it was last touched in the 1960's. Didn't strike me for one minute to be a 4 star - rather a 3. Location not great for Waterfalls visit. |

The surroundings are very nice The staff was very unfriendly, no customer service at all. The room needed update, very old looking in general. It is not a 4 star hotel I would say 3 star. Very noisy doors and lifts, you could hear the doors banging all the time. Not enough computers, only 2 and they were never available. |

the hotel was very comfortable but unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel near the river. People partied in the car park for the river on both nights so I was woken up and broken sleeps. Not the hotels fault but just unfortunate. RegardsUrsula Scott |

This Hotel was generally adequate but a little way out of town centre. I went to Iguazu to see the falls and was disapointed that this Hotel was on the wrong side of town and the furthest distance away form the falls. |

The location was excellent...and the falls are easily accessible by bus. The walls were pretty thin--could hear what was going on in the hallways and adjacent rooms. |

Spacious lobby, with a nice restaurant design and outdoor lounging area; very spacious room with a king size bed; extensive breakfast with plenty of choices. Indoor lounge area had two canopies that made it look really tacky; towels in the room were really thin and one had a huge tear almost through the whole of it. |

Had booked a triple room but the room itself was just a double so we got moved down to the Lodges across the road which were gorgeous. 4 Lodges but only ours was occupied which gave us the pool to ourselves!! Brilliant to relax for a day or two if the weather is good and recharge if your travelling. Breakfast was really good, 15 minute walk into town. Internet!! Hotel made it look like there were two computers but only 1 worked and at that you might be told it's 'not working today' but if you pushed for it you would get it turned on!! For a really good hotel, something as small as the internet shouldn't really be a problem |

There is very little to like. It costed as much as the much better Cataratas hotel, but it is old and noisy. No carpet but tiles in room which I hate. Good TV channels. Nice enough swimming pool. Horrible doors of the rooms, They all close with a loud bang and it gets very annoying as you hear everything on the whole corridor. Old hotel and very overpriced. Location not bad. In general you do a much better deal in Hotel Cataratas for same price.The quoted price here is WITHOUT 21 % VAT, so it came to 100 US Dollars, far too much. |
