Posizione, struttura di buon livello nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicino cittadina ma immerso nel verde e con possibilità di usufruire della piscina e piccolo centro relax. Ottima colazione.

Struttura che necessiterebbe di un restailing nelle camere, comodi I letti ma tutto un po' datato.Cena a buffet di scarsa qualità(20 euro escuse bevande, assolutamente da evitare)

Hotel molto bello, soprattutto esternamente. Pulito, colazione molto buona. Fermata bus d fronte all'hotel.

Great staff. Beautiful grounds. Nice continental breakfast each morning.

It is a long way from Iguazu Falls and the bus has many stops so takes a long time to get there. We were limited on time so that was an issue.

We liked the pool and the comfortable air-conditioned rooms. It was a very comfortable hotel.

Staff could have been more helpful when we wanted to return to the airport with Four Tourist Travel shuttle rather than a taxi.

It's almost nothing works - the lifts, the phones, the internet - quirky operation was amusing.

The fact not much worked and every time we had a shower a small flood appeared In the middle of the bathroom floor.

Convenient location to catch the bus to Iguazu Falls.

It was overpriced considering the quality of the rooms.

The grounds & gardens were lovely, the rooms were comfortable.

Most of the staff was not helpful, and sometimes even rude.

Staff was extremely incompetent, they wanted to charge us the whole amount when checking in, claiming they had a special arragement with booking.com, which they refused to show to us in writing. I felt I was being treated like a criminal who was not gonna pay the bill...They just don't know how to treat visitors, I wouldn't stay there again, rooms where also poorly fitted.

The staff was pleasant, included english speakers. The hotel place is very close to 3 borders, has taxi station. Bus station is near the hotel. 15 minutes walking from downtown.

Wifi signal was not good in pb floor. Only in lobby.

Great terrace. There is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the Argentinean side of the waterfalls in 30 minutes. Staff speaks English in general. Breakfast buffet was ok. Hotel has a reasonable pool area and tennis courts. Hotel has free wifi everywhere, although this was not advertised on booking. Bed was very large, which was nice. Overall, the experience with this hotel is acceptable. No regrets, but we are also not impressed.

One of the concierges was not very friendly and did not help us arrange bus transportation to the airport. There was not always sun chairs available at the pool. They furthermore do not have mattresses and are not very comfortable. Wifi connection in reception and pool area was not always working. Bar service at the pool was a bit slow and the prices rather high. Hotel location was a bit far from the city center. It takes about 20 minutes to walk on foot. The hotel has the facilities of a four star hotel, but it feels a bit dated and in need of refurbishment.

Comfortable, could walk to town, pleasant to return to after a busy day out. Room a good size.
