Обновить постельное белье, покрывало. Сменить двери в номера и замки. Очень громко открываются и закрываются. Все слышно. Крючки (или сушилку) в ванной сделать для сушки полотенец.

I loved the value for money and the luxury of the hotel's decor, service and standard of cleanliness. The hotel is really good value if you are used to expensive (and exorbitant) pricing that does not deliver half of what the Esturion offered. I felt that I would certainly return.

The only thing was the relative luxury of the hotel within a town that was fairly impoverished. However, this is not a fault of the hotel.

doors do not block corridor noise,otherwise no complaints.

The lobby area and restuarant were nicely decorated.

Front desk staff very unhelpful at times, location on a busy road - not in the jungle, as described. Rooms spartan, very small, minimally furnished, decoration - one small leaf in a glass of water... - walls paper thin so it was very noisy. Plaster chipped wall paper peeling. Bathroom very dark and power went out twice in the four days we stayed here.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the food was vey good. It was our first trip to Argentina and was a positive first impression

The staff was helpful and breakfast buffet was satifactory. Room was standard nothing really exciting.

Very loud in the hallways, listened to doors slam till late at night and started early in the morning. Really annoying.

Attractive building and grounds; comfortable room; good food; affordable; good service.

Bathroom had no hooks for hanging clothes while taking shower. Some hooks and/or shelves would help.

Very nice hotel. Lovely position and views. 15 mins walk to town or cab which was about £1.50 with nice restaurants

had difficulty in getting room service in the evening, eventually had to get dressed and go to the dinning room,

it is a good hotel the rooms are comfotable, it looks good

the service of the hoteldesk was very minimal and not very forthcoming!. there was a problem with wifi so all guests had to use the one computer that worked (the other wa0 not working). this one working computer was on a sort of time lock which we had to find our for ourselves. we asked the desk for help and although they said someone would come it never happened. we saw the same with other guests who couldn't use the computer. Also we asked if they could phone a minibus service to get us back to the airport but they said there was nosuch service although both the touris information and the information we had from the minibus company said there was. They clearly wanted us to take one of the taxis in front of the hotel

Ok stay. Pool nice. Room clean. Staff friendly. Reception area nice.

Rooms etc. need a lick of paint and cleaning of tiles - bit of upgrade required in general. Looks as though it was last touched in the 1960's. Didn't strike me for one minute to be a 4 star - rather a 3. Location not great for Waterfalls visit.

the hotel is very old,not clean and there is problem with accoustic between rooms
