Esturion Hotel  

Det var väldigt prisvärt, vi betalade ca 1500 kr för 3 nätter för ett dubbelrum. Annars var det fint, fräsch och enkelt. Fint läge också om man får rum mot floden.

Varmvattnet svajade väldigt I duschen, när man ställde in en lagom temperatur kom det ibland helt plötsligt kokhett vatten så att det gjorde ont. Därför slog vi också sönder duschmunstycket en dag.

The staff was very nice. The pool area was wonderful

The lack of air conditioning (transformer out in neighborhood, so not their fault) our first night. Slow food and beverage service at the pool.

It is an older than expected building. We were outside of the main city but there is an easy bus to and from the park so it is just dinner that is kind of a pain. The grounds are very nice with lots of pool space and pretty gardens.

The staff could be more helpful and welcoming. I thought for the price it was not worth the older accommodations.

The Hotel is nice and well furnished. Breakfast is good

The hotel is close to the city center, where you can find plenty of opportunities to eat and do shopping It is also clean and the price is fair.

The rooms look a bit "tired" and a renovation might be needed. Also the service was not really friendly and the food is quite bad and expensive (go to the city for dinner!!!)

Buffet breakfast and gardens.

First impressions were good - lovely gardens and reception area - thats the plus. On the negative side, sheets were stained and not changed when reported until we spoke with the manager - when he is around things get done! Most of the staff unhelpful and surley to the point of extreme rudeness. Poor to non existant wifi connection in the rooms. Rooms are a bit jaded, but some better than others - we managed to change rooms when the noise from the club rattled the windows and we couldn't hear ourselves speak - not something under the control of the management. There are also cruising cars/speakers on wheels at 4am in the morning. Buffet breakfast good but didn't try the restaurant - too expensive. Avoid if possible.

Nice swimming pool. Nice restaurant, and breakfast.

The hotel staff was not very helpful. Specially they did not wanted to speak english even though some of them were speaking a very good english.

The room was comfortable, the shower worked well and there where a good range of facilities available.

Staff were never rude, but some were slightly off-hand which made the stay slightly less enjoyable. It was disappointing that the restaurant and bar did not offer any 1/2 bottle or 'by the glass options' for wine.

The hotel staff in general is just ok, but there was a guy who was specialy kind to us, he gave us info about tours and he was always very polite. The hotel is nice in general, it has huge gardens, a great terrace in the lobby where you can lay down on a bed, where they bring you drinks from the bar.

The water of the pool could be cleaner, I like the water of my pools transparent. Our room was always clean, the only problem was the sower that had a leak but we fixed that putting two bath mats.
