Esturion staff were friendly, helpful and their English was good enough for us who had no Spanish to enjoy our stay

Initially given a sub terrainian room with no view whatsoever. When staff were approached we were told no other rooms available. When we informed them there were two rooms available (had checked with booking agency) the staff were more helpful & found us a room with a view. This episode appeared to have soured the staff and saw miserable recption staff there after. A poor show!

The staff was very nice. The pool area was wonderful

The lack of air conditioning (transformer out in neighborhood, so not their fault) our first night. Slow food and beverage service at the pool.

It is an older than expected building. We were outside of the main city but there is an easy bus to and from the park so it is just dinner that is kind of a pain. The grounds are very nice with lots of pool space and pretty gardens.

The staff could be more helpful and welcoming. I thought for the price it was not worth the older accommodations.

Buffet breakfast and gardens.

First impressions were good - lovely gardens and reception area - thats the plus. On the negative side, sheets were stained and not changed when reported until we spoke with the manager - when he is around things get done! Most of the staff unhelpful and surley to the point of extreme rudeness. Poor to non existant wifi connection in the rooms. Rooms are a bit jaded, but some better than others - we managed to change rooms when the noise from the club rattled the windows and we couldn't hear ourselves speak - not something under the control of the management. There are also cruising cars/speakers on wheels at 4am in the morning. Buffet breakfast good but didn't try the restaurant - too expensive. Avoid if possible.

Comfortable, could walk to town, pleasant to return to after a busy day out. Room a good size.

The first day I asked for a wake up call and that never arrives. No one knows anything about that the next morning, and the all they can say was "sorry" in the worst english I ever heard in a 4 star international turistic site hotel

Fair price for what we recived

The breakfast buffet was very bad. The dinner choices was extremely limited.

Location

The room we had (3 persons) was old and is wasn't clean. It smelled very funny, moisture? The reception suggested another room, we could check it but it was the same. Hairs in the bathroom, fungus spots around the airconditioning, there was a crack in the glass of the window, dead insects, bad quality of tv. The beds were at least 20 years old. Breakfast looks great on the internet, but the fruit came out of cans, bread was old. Overpriced hotel because we paid 120 euro a night. It's seems that the crew couldn't care about that.

Internet not working, Staff is useless if not rude. Rooms shabby and not comfortable at all.
