Nice hotel, rooms are very clean. The personnel is ultra nice, everything was done efficiently and fast.

The breakfast is included but you have to pay for coffee! Strange... If you really need a calm room, ask not to be on the street side, the garbage truck comes in the middle if the night.

Friendly staff.

No irons for wrinkled clothes and no transformers for foreign appliances (hair dryer).

Guys at reception were fantastic and gave us lots of helpful advice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great. Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping. Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!) Great value for money.

Eveything was great! Location, room, and especially the friendliest staff. We took a 3-day excursion to Uruguay and were able to leave most of our luggage at the hotel. Invited them all to come to San Diego.

This is a basic hotel which has the basic things you may need in your trip: good and clean rooms and bathrooms, a fridge, tv and air-con, and a sufficient breakfast to start the day. I stayed twice in this hotel during a long trip through South America. My second stay was as good as the first one. Perhaps even better, because in my second visit I had a little bigger room. The service was, as in my first visit, excellent. The friendly staff are one of the gems of this hotel and help you to organize your trip, with good tips and suggestions. Despite being in the middle of the downtown, the street noise was not a problem, thanks to their double glazing windows. Location is perfect, surrounded by a lot of restaurants.

Another thing I noticed was the lack of kettle and cups in the rooms for a late-night coffee or tea. Kettles and cups are quite usual in every hotel in Australia of any category. Perhaps they do not consider it necessary, as they have many cafes, bars and restaurants around.

Excellent service, and very friendly people in every section of the hotel (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast room, etc). These people know how to deal with tourists and keep them happy. Everything looks new. It is in a perfect location for theaters, cinemas, shopping centers, bookshops, etc. Easy access to almost everywhere in the city by taxi, bus or subway. Breakfast is fine. Despite being in the middle of the downtown, the street noise is not a problem.

Some of the rooms are really small and not apt for claustrophobics. Windows are quite small as well. If you suffer from claustrophobia perhaps this hotel is not for you. Bathrooms look fine, but I would suggest installing some shelves for extra space (vanities are very small and there is no room for our personal items). I would also add doors to the closets for more privacy. Finally, it would be a good idea to provide more useful/basic information about the hotel and its facilities in the rooms.

Rooms are smaller than they look. There's only one elevator for the whole hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night about two weeks ago en route to Mar Del Plata. I enjoyed it so much that when I returned and was forced to stay in Argentina alone whilst my parents returned to South Africa and I was given an option of which hotel to stay at, I chose the Eoroplaza because I felt safe. The staff were great and very helpful.

We were able to communicate with the staff in English and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The staff were friendly and competent.

The hotel is very noisy (you hear every movement in the hall through the door, and through walls). The heating didn't work during the night. At various times the hot water wasn't hot. The room I was given, supposedly a triple room, was like a small dark prison cell with an small high window opening onto a dark airless inner shaft. The bed was uncomfortable. For the money it was a scandalous ripoff. I left the hotel after one sleepless night, cancelling the other booked nights.

It is a new hotel and very clean. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is familiar. Is quite silent. The rooms are small, but everything is new and can move you need for a short stay. If planning to be more than 5 days you may find it small space- You can use the computers of the hotel. The WiFi is excellent in the room. Breakfast is good and varied. Certainly recommend it. Questo hotel é molto pulito. Si trova nel cuore di Buenos Aires. Il ambiente é familiare, il personale é molto gentile, sono lieti di aiutare in quanto loro posano fare per te. Wifi é molto veloce nella stanza, inoltre puoi usare due computer nel salotto che sono per il uso degli ospiti. E una buona scelta se sarai per soltanto 5 giorni.

The hotel is close to Avenida Corrientes, which is one of the most important avenues in Dontown BA. It is close to awesome restaurants, such as Palacio de las Papas Fritas. It is walking distance from great attractions such as Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada and Praca de Mayo. Best location!! The staff is very friendly and helpful!!

The service was impecable, guys at the reception were quite friendly. The room was clean, air conditioned worked perfectly. The hotel has been refurbished, so everything looks fresh and new. Great location, close to everything, we could walk to many sightseens. Taxi rides are also cheap from this location. Close to subway stations too. Will stay again when I come back.

The room is small, but so are the other hotels in Buenos Aires. Breakfast was average.

the staff were very helpful, particularly Mr fabian Montoya, with organising trips/taxis etc. The maid was also very kind when I was unwell for 2 days and contacted the front desk, who rang to see if I needed anything.

Noisy location, but the double glazing was fairly effective. Also sound proofing between the floors was not great. But overall a very enjoyable stay.

Faltan sillones en hall principal, en vez de sillas y quizás una TV para esperar con mayor comodidad.

Havia um cheiro muito forte de esgoto no banheiro. Havia um pinga pinga nos tubos quando a calefação era desligada. A cama está mais do que vencida. O café da manhã é mais do que fraco. O chuveiro é intermitente, com jatos repentinos de água muitito, muito quente.

Fui muito bem tratado, os funcionarios do hotel me ajudaram o tempo todo. O local é limpo o café da manhã é razoavel o quarto é confortavel e o banheiro é grande. A temperatura em Buenos Aires estava fria e o hit funcionou perfeitamente..

Faltou carpetes no banheiro e roupa de cama de melhor qualidade

el desayuno debería ser mas variado y en un lugar mas amplio (es un lugar pequeño y sin ventanas).-

Gostamos da localização, do atendimento, das acomodações, em especial a banheira de hidromassagem e do café da manha.

O quarto são pouco arejados (pouca abertura das janelas).
