The whole ambiance and service in general was wonderful. Truly world class hotel.
It would be good to have a 'do not disturb' sign. Cleaners came in too early in the morning for jetlagged Europeans. Although the breakfast was wonderful - it was the same every morning. It would be nice to have a small change in some of the dishes every couple of days.
The executive services offered by all the staff, very professional from the manager to the bell boy!!!
Overpriced all the extra services,laundry,spa,etc.
This hotel prides itself for its sophistication, but in reality breams with snobbishness and arrogance. Other than if this is your lifestyle, stay away. Its "gothic" design means rooms are dark, with little natural light. Prices are steep (10 US$ for a Heineken beer from the minibar). My first room was incredible noisy, I could as well have stayed on a bench in the street. Incredible for a "luxury" hotel: windows are not sound-proof! It does not deserve to be in the collection of "leading hotels of the world"!
