Very friendly staff in a good quiet location in the city centre. Large room that was well equipped. Breakfast was good.
The bar is in evening was poor. Staff continually made a lot of noise clearing up / preparing the bar area while we were trying to have a drink.
Beautifully located with easy access to the historic centre of BA.
Spacious and clean. Quiet.
Mold in the bathroom
Amazing bed, very comfortable, and the room was very silent despite hotel being in down town BA
Bathroom was a bit dated.
Price is good. Breakfast is good, there are japanese beakfast. And there are teapot and tea cup for making tea, that's quite confortble for chinese people.
The rooms looks dark, maybe because the furnichers are old.
Very well located
Paper thin walls
Room Size and Jacuzzi
Very helpful staff, good location, good breakfast.
Breakfast room could be made more appealing.
staff was really friendly and helpful breakfast was continental, fresh orange and grapefruit juices, coffee was good, late check out till 15:00 was granted excellent location and still relatively safe
coffee bags in the room were not complimentary in downtown BA even on 12th floor no view :-( room was not like advertised (carpet instead of wooden floor
clean but basic
noisy room upstairs, breakfast is also basic
Hotel very well located - was attending a conference close to it (Sheraton) and could go there by feet in 4-5 min. Room itself was very big, bed was comfortable, and wifi was good too. Breakfast was nice.
Sheer luxury at very reasonable price. Location, location locacion.English speaking staff. Nothing was too much trouble .
That we couldn't stay longer.
Location, spacious rooms, helpful staff, reliable wifi, breakfast
Hotel needs a complete renovation. If you have noisy neighbours, you can hear them.
Construction work noise on the 9th floor during the day where my room was located (rm.#903).
We were upgraded at no cost to a suite. The suite was incredible. It was spacious and luxurious. The hotel itself is quite pretty and in a great area near to Recoleta, which is an unbelievable necropolis, and other prime tourist areas. The staff was always pleasant. We received wake up calls in the morning unlike the previous hotel we were in. All of our questions about the area and tourist trips were answered courteously and thoroughly. The breakfasts were great and food was plentiful. We would have loved our stay even if we were in an ordinary room. As to the upgrade, I have other friends who went there and the same thing happened.
Actually there were no negatives.
The hotel is located on a great area, in the front of a good supermarket and a few blocks from the Alvear ave. If you plan to go to a restaurant at night, you have to call a taxi because there are no restaurants to go walking. The room is big, clean and the furniture are well maintained. The bathroom is Ok. The staff is very great.
The breakfast is regular, but this failure is very common in this country.
Nothing to complain.
Room was gigantic. With a balcony. Not much to see though, unless you like the roofs of buses.
Desperately wants to be upmarket, but a little ragged round the edges. Bathroom pokey. I challenge anyone to sit square on the toilet. Waiter was in my way at every turn at breakfast!
Good all round good location in city. Room had great bed and patio for a bottle of Argentina wine or champagne. Florida calle close. Taxis cheap..
Wi-fi slow. Breakfast boring. And simple. Overall wonderful time
Helpful staff, convenient location, large room, reliable WiFi, great afternoon coffee
My booked room with a balcony actually looked out toward a wall, so no daylight. The plus was that it was very quiet…almost too quiet!
AS usual, after my hmmmm 20-25th?( I have lsy count!) stay at Feirs park over the last 5 years it never ceases to amaze me how they maintain the level of consistency of excellent service , great staff, and wonderful rooms. There is NOWHERE else I would rather stay than at Feirs Park, while in Buenos Aries, great location, quiet neighbourhood, supermarket right across the road, my favourite hair salon EVER just up the road, excellent places to walk to and always a bright smile when I return. They are like "family" to me, and I believe they treat me the same way, I look forward to going to there. A MUST place to stay. Keep up the good work Feirs Park!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm let me think, still thinking, still thinking, oh, I Know, the tiny elevators,, that's about it!
I liked the convenient location of the hotel; that the breakfast was included; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the size of the rooms and washrooms (they are very spacious)
There are no fans in the bathrooms to remove vapor or bad smells; there seemed to be mold in the bathtub and the shower (I stayed in two different rooms on different days); one morning (or the four that I was there) some of the fruit served for breakfast was spoiled; the juices tasted more like water than juice; I was not given a receipt when I checked out (they just gave me back the paper where they write my credit card number as a deposit and told me that was all), until I came back to get my luggage (I had asked them to hold it for me for a couple of hours) and asked a different person for the receipt and he kindly gave it to me and told me they were supposed to give it to me before.
Bed and linens quality, breakfast, size of the room
Air conditioner broke so we had to change rooms
the good ambience, friendly staff and excellent service
The breakfast buffet lack substance and lack enough spread. For the hotel status the buffet should have been better. This also for room service menu.
