Five Cool Rooms    

Great location in the Palermo district with lots of restaurants and designer shops. Felt relaxed walking around here.

Internet connection was terrible. Don't stay her if you have to rely on wi-fi!

It is situated on a great street in Palermo Soho, you walk outside and there is so much to do. Great cafes and shops. Great rooftop and lobby.

The rooms are horrible for the price. It is like a cheap hostel. The description on the site made it seem like a nice boutique hotel. The rooms were dirty, beds uncomfortable, there were bugs, it was dark and had poor lighting, ac was poor and it was cramped. The staff wasn't helpful, nobody even asked if they could assist me with my luggage. The side walk outside the hotel is broken and it is impossible to roll your suitcase in.

Mostly everything.

Only thing missing is a pair of umbrellas on the roof-top terrace.

I liked the location and that the rooms had air conditioning. And the breakfast. The atrium is nice.

False advertising re. pool, there is no pool. The fact that my room had no working tv and the hair dryer broke. I requested a room change and that took a few days. The fact that they charged me twice. Once when the booking.com payment and one when I left. Which is still not resolved.

I liked that it was close to the airport and also close to Palmero plaza. Palmero is a safer and trendier part of Buenos Aires that is safe to go walking around at night.

Rooms are cramped and tiny.

The roof terrace is nice. The breakfast was good. The guys in the reception are very helpful.

Great roof terrace and a reasonable breakfast. Location great for my purpose (close to family). The room was alright, but I am happy I ordered their "big" room cause the glimps I got of their small and normal room was not temptating for me.

The room was kind of "cold" with nothing on the walls and only the very raw floor almost like pure concrete. The wifi was there but not of any serious use - simply to slow.

Nice place, excelent location, just in the heart of Buenos Aires Soho.

Great location, nice decoration. The top floor where you breakfast is very sunny and has an outdoor jacuzzi.

No closet, just one small shelf and a couple of hangers. Almost no room available for your clothes or bags.

The safe box wasn't attached to anything. Rooms were cold.

The bed was amazingly confortable... We've loved the space for the breakfast, and everything worked fine (heating, shower, wifi, sauna). The staf was kind.

They didn't allow us to late checkout and the jacuzzi wasn't avaiable, despite the hotel adds.

Al hacer el check out intentaron cobrarme el dobre de la tarifa que reserve. La reserva la hice porque el precio era de 395 pesos argentinos + Impuesto, al realizar el check out me dicen que el valor de la estadi era de 960 pesos argentinos aprox, Les indique que estaban equivocados, pero me indicaron que las instrucciones del dueño eran tomar el dolar a 7 pesos, siendo que en la pagina esta al valor oficial. Finalmente y luego de un muy mal rato pague la tarifa que reserve y correspondia, pero quede con un gusto muy amargo por el mal rato. El hotel esta bastante bien pero no pueden cobrar un valor distinto al que publican, uno queda con la sensacion que te estan robando o al menos intentando hacerlo.

Os quartos do fundo são muito aconchegantes e espaçosos. Os recepcionistas são bem atenciosos.

Não tem muita opção no café da manha, os quartos virados para a rua são terríveis (pequenos e barulhentos)

Algunos alimentos del bufet del desayuno no estaban refrigerados y les tocaba el sol.

Hotel bem localizado, no bairro Palermo. Região cheia de bons bares e restaurantes e lojas de marca e Outlets. Atendimento prestativo da equipe.

Internet wifi muito lenta nas dependencias do Hotel. Problemas nos quartos deveriam ser verificados antes dos hospedes chegarem. No nosso caso, o exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando e o mesmo não tem janelas. Faltando lampadas nos abajoures do quarto também.

me gustó mucho el lugar, su diseño y decoración sobre todo. Los servicios están muy bien en general. También me sentí muy tranquila y cómoda

La ubicación, el buen estado de las habitaciones y la buena atención de parte del staff.

Un poco frías las habitaciones, un tanto chicas también. Aunque hay aire acondicionado en cada habitación no resultaba suficiente para lograr calentar la habitación en la noche. Sin embargo siempre estuvieron atentos y nos trajeron mantas cuando las pedimos.

La ubicación es muy buena, el concepto minimalista

En la habitación no hay lugar para las maletas.

Devoir payer -ici et ailleurs- un surcoût en pesos par rapport à un prix de reservation donne en € et une facture en dollars.

El desayuno muy bueno, el personal increible desde la gente de recepcion hasta el personal de limpieza, amables y por sobre todo nos hicieron sentir como en casa. 100% recomendable!!

Localização excelente. Hotel semi-novo. Café da manhã bom.

Atendimento do recepcionista da tarde, tudo que se pedia, dizia não. Falta melhorar um pouco a limpeza. O quarto pequeno (apesar da escolha) é bem pequeno e não tem frigobar.

-El cobro de un extra del 10% en la tarifa encubierto de forma engañosa e ilegal con un tipo de cambio superior al oficial, y además nunca especificado por el conserje. Actitud reprochable y repudiable. Motivo de no volver nunca más al hotel y no recomendarlo. -Muy pequeño el tamaño del cuarto -Suciedad en las paredes -Nula flexibilidad con el horario del desayuno. Deberían contemplar servirlo más temprano.
