The neightborhood / location is great
The rooms are tiny thus we paid for an update. Even for the great neightborhood the rooms are absolutely overpriced. The wifi often disconnected what was very annoying. More than disappointing
One of their staff, Gerardo, was very very kind and attencious!
Room and bathroom was really small
pillows mattress noise from pipes
The location is great, nice neighbourhoud. Rooms small but the roomsize is clearly communicated while booking the room and you can choose for small, medium or large. Staf speaks good English and is very helpfull. Breakfast is good, Argentinian breakfast. Has a nice tub on the roof.
Have stayed here twice. Our second room, 203, has clearly had a leckage from the room above and had mold on the walls. Don't understand why they didn't fix it first but keep on selling this room in this state.
The quality doesn't fit in the price. We stayed in Five Hotel four years ago and it was a good experience. But this time it was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the furniture was terrible and the breakfast was just ok. Not worth the price.
Loved the location of this hotel in the centre of Palermo Soho, BA. The two men we dealt with on reception were really helpful and friendly. Cool roof terrace with jacuzzi. Nice rooms, very clean.
I expected the breakfast to be better- it was quite basic. Some prepared fruit, yoghurt or eggs etc would have made a huge difference. Not fresh orange juice either. On a very different subject, the shower door did not have a seal which made it leak and flood the bathroom.
beautiful common area
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the wind blowing the awnings on our first night and they quickly remedied that. The beds were comfy. We stayed a week and it was a great base for exploring Buenos Aires.
The rooms are a little on the small side The breakfast was average The rooms could do with a lick of paint
Excellent location. Friendly staff.
When we arrived we had a requested a baby cot in the room, however the room provided was not big enough to fit the cot in. This was a little disappointing.
This place was a gem. Great location very safe and secure hotel. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and even a cross fit gym. Must try restaurant walking distance are La hormigita, little rose sushi and New York sushi. We never ledt our little bubble of Palermo because we had everything we needed within steps. Much of the nightlife starts close to midnight 2 am so it's was great knowing we were a block or two walking distance from our hotel. Being two girls from California we felt safe walking late at night to the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Nothing I didn't like. The guys at the front desk always nice and polite.
Obviously, it's in the middle of the hippiest hood in the city. Facilities and rooms are quite good. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Noise from Palermo. Unless you are die-hard night life fan and plan to enjoy late nights in bars, etc. prepare for yourself with loud music coming from neighborhood bars and clubs. Frankly, I'd really hesitate staying anywhere around Palermo Soho with this noisy attitude late at night. I guess that's the trade-off being in Palermo, but be aware. It's not adequately clean. The bathroom floors were quite dirty, though the receptionist took care of it himself as the cleaning staff had already left.
The 20% VAT added to the bill was a bad surprise. It was only added in the small print of the booking so when the time to settle the bill came i got really upset as did not expect it. it should be clarified in big print instead of small print.
Location is unbeatable....roof garden unique place to enjoy breakfast, friendly, helpful staff
Rooms needed spiffing up....paint, etc. Shelves in bathrooms, safe not secured, no optional safe available at desk
Excellent location in a lively and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. Quiet (my room was not towards the street). Nice deck on the roof to hang out or enjoy breakfast. Friendly staff. Got a ticket with a number when leaving luggage after checkout
wireless was a bit slow and unreliable in the room, but OK in/near the lobby.
Location very good, the hotel was very homely, the staff very helpful especially Thomas at the reception.
wifi was not always very good.
Perfect location in buzzing Palermo Soho
The place looks tired and past its prime.
The staff spoke good English and did their best to help.
The location was a "hole in a wall" in a main street which was one way and as such quite tricky to find owing to the numbering. It was quite small inside and the rooms were small and not very clean.
Location and set up of the room
Wifi didn't reach all rooms. And when it did, it worked sporadically.
The top roof terrace with pool is amazing, so pretty and refreshing in sunny days. I really liked this hotel despite the fact that rooms are a bit small
Location, open areas, the price
Rooms need paint job and bathrooms need care
The room were really nice. The common areas of the hotel surprised me. Everything was beautiful.
The bathroom has a strange smell. There was no fridge on the room and the wifi doesn't work.
Location, right in the middle of Palermo district
Walls dirty, furniture weary and dented, not a clean room.
very multilingual, all employees speak great spanish and english. The breakfast was also good.
the hotel was listed on booking for 480 but the final price when we departed was 645
Location was very good and the staff very nice and helpful
The rooms were run down and needed to be renovated. There was mold in the cealing of our bathroom. Not nice and healthy...
