Good location

Absolutely insufficient connection to the internet, not able to connect, or the speed was useless for any work.

The service and breakfast.

Everything was good.

Nice hotel in the centre of town, good sized modern, clean air-conditioned family sized room. Decent breakfast, friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Highly recommended.

Only one minor issue - would be nice to have in-room tea and coffee making facilities (i.e. a kettle!).

From reading other reviews before we chose Galarias Hotel, other reviewers mentioned that the entrance to the hotel is on a small narrow street. This is true, but it is just a half a block west of a main shopping pedestrian walkway. If you like being in the daily hustle- bustle of the locals, this is a good spot. The room itself was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The buffet could use a little more variety, especially if you're there for more than 3 days. The staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could, although, I had some issues with one of my credit cards, (not with them), but they weren't able to get an outside line on their telephone system for me to be able to call the us to fix my problem. On a side note. This has nothing to do with what we liked, but while we were in Buenos Aires, they had that terrible flooding because of the rains. We didn't give the slight rain that fell on us any thoughts, but on the evening news we saw that people had died in some of the surrounding neighborhoods. Very sad.

2 issues with the bathroom. I'm not a big fan of shower curtains. Apparently no one has used the whirlpool option in the bathtub in a while because when my wife turned them on, we got a terrible "whiff" of sulfur. Old water in the pipes. Also, it seems as though the streets and sidewalks in Buenos Aires are in constant repair, and, they like to do their work at night. So 2 of the 4 nights we had construction noise. But, in the hotels defense, it was no cause of theirs.

Gran servicio desde el primer momento. Se desviven por atender al huesped. Habitación impecable, amplia, cómoda y un baño similar, con excelente funcionalidad. La ubicación inmejorable pues es pleno Microcentro, a un paso de la calle Florida, cerca de Puerto Madero, del Teatro Colón y de todo. Los desplazamientos por Tucumán requieren seguridad en la noche, sobre todo si son hacia la Av. 9 de Julio.

The location of the Hotel is 2 minutes from florida st. The room is very clean and the bathroom is very big and cloea. The staff speak english and help a lot.

The room was spacious, clean and simple. We loved the location and staff were friendly and helpful. it was the perfect place for shopping (around the corner from av. Florida and the shopping mall Galerias Pacifico) and sight seeing ( obelisco, casa rosada etc.)would gladly recommend it.

Just a big room

Is not a 4* hotel. Minimal lobby, breakfast to be improved, Walls too thin so can hear all neighbours, dirty narrow street and no services offered. Also rained heavily first night and I had a leackage in my from falling from hole side of bed wall. Had to change rooms at 5 am with no help from service. Morning after, power building went off. Their generator ran just a couple of hours. They put candles in the stairs that were very dark. Rest of area had power. I waited 8 hours with no information and no solutions, just srugging shoulders. So I decided to leave the hotel even if I had to lose the money, descending by myself my 20kg suitcase from the 10th floor in nearly dark. When they saw I was leaving in good manners they propose me a room in another hotel from the chain 750m away (on my own) but suggested I should be back to this first hotel as soon as power went back which I said no way.

Efficient staff & comfortable quiet room in modern boutique hotel. Close to most facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Staf é muito atencioso. A localização é perfeita para o turismo em Buenos Aires.

Hotel com ótima localização, bem centralizado, quartos amplos, confortáveis. Fiquei pouco tempo no hotel e nao conheci a área de piscina e nem fitness. Wi-fi grátis.

El hotel se ve muy nuevo y prolijo, las habitaciones son muy cómodas con un excelente tamaño y están bien prolijas. El baño super cómodo también. Y la ubicación es muy buena para ir de compras.

La amplitud de las habitaciones.

La habitación tenía un hidromasaje que estaba muy sucio y las cañerías no tenían mantenimiento ya que al prender lo salía mucha suciedad y despedía mucho olor desagradable. El baño en general no tenía buena limpieza ni iluminación.

Muito boa localização; funcionarios prestativos e cordiais; apartamento amplo e bem confortável.

Café da manhã não é ruim mas poderia ser melhor;

O quarto é muito bom, camas grandes e confortáveis e um banheiro amplo com uma boa hidromassagem. Bem localizado, ao lado das ruas de comercio variado. Café da manha sortido de paes, bolos e frutas.

A cidade está perigosa, fui furtado( documentos, visto, dinheiro e cartão de credito) na Av Córdoba perto da Pacifico.. Tenham atenção redobrada e não deixem de comunicar o caso ao Consulado Brasil ( que foi espetacular no atendimento) pois na delegacia de turismo, pouco deram atenção ao meu problema. Fica a dica!!!! Fora esse problema, a cidade é ótima para passeios a pé e compras em roupas.

Localização, limpeza, tamanho do quarto, banheiro excelente, bom café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos.Adorei o hotel.Voltaria com certeza.

O tamanho do quarto. Para o padrão e preço , foi o melhor em que me hóspedei dentre as 5 vezes em BsAs. Reformado, piso durafloor, isolamento acústico das janelas. Funcionários da recepção e camareiras muito gentis.

Café da manhã invariavel com funcionários não muito simpáticos.

El personal es excelente, una atención maravillosa. La habitación además de impecable, cómoda y con un diseño hermoso. La ubicación céntrica ideal para quienes disfruten de comprar. El desayuno tan bien presentado más que tentador. Definitivamente volveré al Galerías en una próxima visita a Bs As.
