The staff was extremely efficient and polite. They give us the chance to change our booking in order to save money! Maybe, just the area ... centric and well-connected ... but too "Midtown"! |

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The house-keeping staff are polite and attentive which is much more than can be said about the front desk staff. Don't be fooled by the clever location map on the web-site. Nothing of any merit is within walking distance of the Savoy and the local offerings are poor. Stay in Palermo or San Telmo. |

I liked that many rooms have been renovated and the lobby also looks really good. The bar is a nice place to chill out. There's no booklet about the hotel facilities, how to use the appliances and what is available, including room service. We booked a deluxe room which should be two rooms, however, we were placed in a tiny room in the 4th floor. I stayed there in 2006, it was being renovated at the time, and still is! Maybe the crisis is affecting them! |

The hotel is being totally renovated. The rooms that are done are great with modern baths, marble, and decor, the rooms that are not, are not. The exterior is completely covered in construction gauze so you can't see out the windows very well but they are doing a good job with new soundproof doors and windows. No English news programing and only a few English movie channels. Construction dust is bad on some floors but rapidly improving,. |

Hotel is very nice, but there are some renewal in progress. Don't stay in rooms to the Callao St, or you'll be woke up at 7am. |

La arquitectura del hotel por dentro antiguo pero modernizado, la cama de la habitacion muy comoda que muy importante para el buen dormir. Si que las almuadas estan muy duras y que no encontre ningun tipo de pluma o lapiz y papel para escribir. y que seria bueno que tuviera una bata para salir del baño. |

Gostei das instalações (Arquitetura/Estilo) estilo colonial, porém o quarto/banho, bem modernos! Somente o WiFi que não consegui conectar no quarto, o ar que não consegui baixar a temperatura e a TV, que acredito, deveria ter canais internacionais, só tem local! |

El confort de las habitaciones, comedor y lobby-bar. Si efectivamente se habilita un spa y piscina, sera un excelente hotel, Igualmente lo recomendaremos a nuestras amitades. Falta terminar remodelacion pasillos, y entrada. Si bien esta bien ubicado, el entorno es ruidoso y las veredas sucias y en mal estado. En todo caso las ventanas amortiguan bastante los ruidos. |

Las habitación es muy buena, espaciosa, no se escuchan ruidos desde la calle. Los baños remodelados muy buenos. Falta de iluminación en los pasillos (al menos en el piso V). |

O quarto é confortável, limpo e bonito, bem como o banheiro. A calefação funciona bem (importante para épocas de inverno) e não há carpete, o que é indispensável para pessoas alérgicas como eu. A localização é outro ponto forte. 1) Melhorar o atendimento de alguns funcionários da recepção 2) Retirar os carpetes velhos dos corredores 3) O serviço de wi-fi no quarto deixa muito a desejar. |

Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, las toallas del baño bien grandes y absorbentes y me encantaron el salón de abajo, lujoso, precioso y el baño que lo acompaña. Me molestó mucho el calor excesivo de la habitación, no logré que me hicieran funcionar el aire acondicionado, el aparato estaba desprogramado.Además la encontré demasiado oscura, falta iluminación. |

Gostei da localizaçao, conforto e beleza das dependencias do hotel. Melhorar o atendimento do bar e da copa, pois quando ligamos nao fomos atendidos, colocar cardapios nos apartamentos e informaçoes sobre horarios de funcionamento do bar, da copa e do café da manha. O hotel nao possui garagem, nos indicaram uma a meia quadra do hotel, da qual tivemos que carregar a bagagem sozinhos. |

El hotel es muy lindo, agradable y cómodo. Les está quedando muy bonita la remodelación. El desayuno es espectacular. Algunos personajes del personal del hotel fueron poco cordiales en nuestra visita. Nos llama la atención, porque en general nos trataron muy bien en Buenos Aires. |
