The location was perfect. The breakfast was really nice too. The staff was really helpful. They helped us a lot when we had to go to the airport in a hurry because I messed up the departure time. I am very thankful for that!
ar central cozinha do hotel não serve lanche
Great location, nice hotel, very helpful staff
too many things broke down - lift, safe, toilet leakage
staff excellent, good location and large rooms.good value for money
The rooms where not very clean
Extremely good staff. Polite, helpful, good English (and Spanish, of course). Great value for money. Hotel is a little old, which is why it isn't too expensive, but rooms are big, bathroom was updated. Bed comfortable.
Although the hotel is close the center of the city and easy to get to other things, there aren't too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. On 3 nights, the trash was collected by the city at about midnight. It was very loud and woke us up. It was over quickly, fortunately.
Most of the staff were excellent
Some of the staff were slightly indifferent
Hotel is well located in the city center, near to a metro station, close to all main attractions of the city. Also a supermarket can be found around the corner. Breakfast is included but you can go to the bar in the other corner. The reception staff was very kind and helpful all the time.
The building in general is quite old, the elevator is small and I would recommend a renovation of it and of the bathrooms, the tub was high and difficult to access for a not flexible person. Around 10 pm the air condition starts and there is no way to turn it of as is central for all the building, is cold and also noisy but lasts only for a couple of hours. T.V. has no remote control and you need to use one that is set in the wall.
The hostess Maria, a young lady was probably THE most helpful of anyone in the hotels that we have stayed in our time in south America. :)
Really helpful and friendly staff. Well located Hotel. Clean rooms.
El desayuno was terrible
location is perfect in the city, everything in Microcentro in walking distance helpful and english speaking staff recommandable but not fabulous
breakfast o.k., but not too various (we stayed three nights) carped (mentioned in the discription) in the room isn´t up to date for this kind of accomodation bathroom is a little bit to smal (I´m 1,90 m tall)
Great location, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, speak English, very helpful, delicious breakfast. Will definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Carpet in the room was clean, but old. Bathroom was a little small (but Im very tall)
Good breakfast. All staff very helpful. The main desk clerk spoke reasonable english and was very helpful. If I ever go back to buenos aires I would stay at this hotel.
Location was great, breakfast better than most at this price. Staff very helpful and friendly
Jaded grandeur and slightly musty feel to the rooms.
The staff was very helpful and attentive, clean rooms, great location, wi-fi, and breakfast was also good. I recommend
Robert; the night shift receptionist is very helpful. Great location for a good price, just few walks away to Cafe Tortoni. I can come back.
The staff was very helpful especially Roberto and Diego .The location was great and also the breakfast was very good.I would totally recommend this hotel ,very good value for the money.
The front desk staff were lovely friendly people who spoke good English and helped us plan were to go. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is great for walking to a lot of the main attractions in the city centre and nearby San Telmo. The breakfast was tasty with lots on offer and we both really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.
All the staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was at walking distance to the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay there.
To use the locker in the room we were asked to pay.
