The situation of the hotel is good, the personel spoke English, even the towels are not grey, breakfast with the same assortment as others but products are awfull. Most of the rooms are dark(have windows looking on the 1-meter away opposite wall with windows). Room is dirty and sinky(they said that don't have no-smoking room) |

The hotel surpassed my expectations. The rooms were wonderful, roomy, and extremely clean. When I saw the lobby, I was actually worried, because it didn't seem that nice. But the room was a wonderful surprise. |

Good central location. Good breakfast. With one exception, the staff was helpful and courteous. Poor soundproofing, lift announciator can be heard in most rooms as can conversation in adjoining rooms Airconditioner was ineffective but luckily it was not too hot. |

The main advantage is the location. I'd say the breakfast is also very good. As a foreigner, the staff was always there to help. I missed a kind of a refrigerator inside the bedroom (triple one). |

The location great and the price was unbeatable!! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. And a buffet breakfast till 10:30!!! Food staff was horrible and super rude. |

The breakfast was good and included in the room rate. The wireless internet was excellent. Staff spoke good English. The lifts are very small and inadequate when the hotel is full. |

The hotel is well located, it is under renovation and the new rooms are very comfortable. Even with my reservation for 1 triple room confirmed, when I checked in the reception informed me that they didnt have any triple rooms available for that night, so we were accomodated in 2 rooms (old part of hotel - terrible) and had to move next morning to the triple room. They should improve the breakfast. |

The cleanliness, the great shower! It was a great place for the price. The room service is very affordable, and the breakfast was great. The elevators! Too small and too slow. Also, too loud. We constantly heard their beeping even several doors away. Don't get a room too close to the elevators! |

Great location and the staff are good. We had 2 single beds and it was not very comfortable. No chair and no table. The air conditioner did not work very well. |

Excellent breakfast buffet!! Location is very good. Rooms were very clean. We stayed for 10 nights in total. We strongly asked for quiet rooms in advance and I think they gave quiet rooms to us. We heard voice from next doors cleary and air conditioners made huge noise. |

Location, cleanliness, free breakfast and WiFi Their refusal to change my reservation when my flight cancelled, their inability pr refusal to give you change, even for small denominations. Bed was tiny, but it was no biggie. |

Heater Respect the command (double room is not twin!), employers must learn to say Hello and Welcome their host, too much noise (elevator), breakfast doesn't match with the 3 stars, a room where you can't draw the curtains nor opened the window, the toilett doesn't work well. |
