I thought that the location was excellent and is right in the center of town and relatively close to most of the tourist attractions. Taxis, buses and subway are a fingertip away.
I thought that the breakfast bar could be a little better. I was there in the hotel for a period of 7 days and the breakfast bar was the same everyday. The scrambled eggs (instant) were on some mornings "overcooked" and there was never served any type of cheeses or meats. I was definitely not happy about the breakfast bar.
The breakfast was amazing, variety of fruits and cereal which gave me a great start to my day. The location was great too which meant I could go anywhere I wanted within Buenos Aries by bus or just walking distance.
The fact that you have to pay for wifi in such a good Hotel just put me off. And there were no means to call reception to pay for another 24hours but to go downstairs. Only a few staff members could speak English and I felt they weren't very helpful esp when I asked if I could get a map of BsAs or help me get one.
The location is very close to the center The service and also the hotel itself was very good
Sometimes the air conditioner doesn't work properly They offer tv cable but they don't have just one channel and was the local one
Unbeatable location, original Art Deco stairways and windows.
The dining room is in dire need of major updating. Breakfast is not up to the standard of hotels in that price range. Hallways and rooms need several coats of paint. Safes in rooms do not always work.
The hotel is location in a central area accessible by public transport which is the way I like it, good and cheap food places nearby, don't stay in the suites (room numbers ending *26) - old carpets and rooms smell - other rooms appear ok.
Internet isn't free. In this day and age what is the hotel owner thinking! You pay - and then are told the internet is for a single device at a time only. Avoid this hotel if internet is important to you.
On the whole it was O.K.
I didn't like the fact that WiFi was not free.
Atention, locación and all The employes at The frint desliz where excelente
The fact The we hace to país FOR wifi
We stayed for one night only between 2 flights in. Bed was good and the hotel arranged a pick up shuttle for both days for a good price
Location Large quiet room Staff helpful
Breakfast wasn't fairly basic Had to wait ages for lift
The TV in the room was an old 12 inches CRT TV.
no wifi you have to pay to get internet and you have to pay for every device you have
location was ok , as it was in city center
Rooms old and dark, even depressing You have to pay extra for wifi, which is additional 10-15 % on the top of the room price The staff behaved like the most pleasant thing for them would be to see you dead
Room, Pool, General garden area, Ease of access from ring road.
Breakfast was limited (as most continental hotels are). With one toaster taking 2 slices, with 50 people in breakfast together, it took some time
Location, location and location. On the main drag and within walking of all sorts of stores (including groceries) and major sights. Close to Metro stop. The staff gave me a good map, and they can help you get a taxi.
The front desk seemed understaffed - there were always people waiting to ask something or check in or out or whatever. The view from my room was on a very small "well." You couldn't even tell what the weather was.
It is clean
The staff eas alleays in a cery bad mood
Photos of the hotel room looked better than in reality. Heard all the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Breakfast quality was poor. Found hear everywhere in the bathroom. Hair dryer was broken and was not fixed even after asking several times. Staff barely spoke English.
Breakfast and attention of the staff.
Some rooms were poor Breakfast, limited
The staff is excellent
Breakfast is not complete. No bacon, no ham and no cheese. Connection at rooms is not free. TV is too small and old!
Clean. Good reception. Good bed. Good size bedrooms.
Old Hotel. Old bathrooms, old doors, old floors. Old tv. Old cold/hear equipment. To much noise on morning. Not parking included. Need remodeling
Baños limpios muy buena habitaciones.
Clean, convenient rooms designed very smart
Breakfast was awful!! And u may hear pretty much anything about the other rooms
As I had flight troubles with my day flight from Johannesburg , I had to re- schedule an evening flight resulting that I only arrived in Buenos Aires the following day . Despite the fact that I offered to use their hotel the following week-end , they insisted that I forfeit my deposit . Therefore I actually did not stay in he hotel and will not be using hem again .
