A low cost, budget hotel that was good value for money for retired holiday makers. The buffet breakfast was good and evcellent location to explore Buenos Aires. Our bedroom was definately on the small side.

Breakfast was great, but table cloth wasn't wiped clean after each customer. What you advertise and what they give you are different. For example the mini bar was not in the room. The wood floors in my room were rotted and black mold in bathrooms were seen. The first night was with argument followed by a change of rooms.

Good location, close to downtown and safe enough, plus wifi available. Very quiet. Small rooms and little space but more than enough for someone who just wants to go out the whole day.

A localização do hotel é ótima, perto dos principais pontos turisticos da cidade. Quando estive hospedada com um grupo de amigos em 28/05/2013, foi possível caminhar até a Recoleta, seguindo para Palermo, até o jardim japonês e o planetário! Em contra partida, o café da manhã não era dos melhores e a limpeza dos quartos embora realizada todos os dias deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas, ainda sim, vale a pena se hospedar pela boa localização!

Equipe desorganizada, quartos com diversos problemas tais como vazamentos, frigobar quebrado, tomadas ruins e outros. Não recomendo que fiquem nesse hotel é estresse na certa.

O hotel é totalmente digerente do site. Muuuito pior. As janelas nao fecham e o vento entra. O cafe da manha sao com pães velhos bolos duros de 3 dias atrás. ..Na recrecepção ate para buscar uma água para o hóspede é um sacrifício. O banheiro é c ums banheia muuuuito velha horrivel. Eu odiei... Nso recomendo... Sr. Carlos da recrpcso noturna. O unico muito solicito e educado.

No nos gusto nada, la habitación que nos dieron para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) era interior no había ventanas y tenia salida a un pozo de aire oscuro y sucio lleno de colillas de cigarros. La limpieza no era buena, el desayuno que supuestamente en la pagina habla de que es espectacular, no tenia nada!!! ningún plato caliente, ni facturas, ni medialunas, y el jugo no era natural. Viajamos todos los años pero lo que es seguro nunca volveremos a este hotel.

Una buena relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, tienen una pequeña heladera y el wifi funciona muy bien. Lo recomiendo La limpieza de las habitaciones debería ser más cuidadosa.

poca higiene en el baño, sin elementos de higiene personal, desayuno en mal estado (habia un biscochuelo que se notaba viejo), ruidoso. Para mi no corresponde a un tres estrellas...

El personal es cordial y colaborador. La ubicación del hotel es óptima. Está cerca de los puntos de interés para el turista. De hecho caminábamos hasta Puerto Madero, íbamos a pie por Florida, Lavalle, Suipacha, etc, Hermosa ciudad. Las habitaciones son apenas confortables. Las camas no son buenas y los colchones parecieran adecuadas para una película de terror.

Nos gustó la habitación, muy amplia con 2 habitaciones separadas con una puerta corrediza, baño espacioso, frigobar, caja fuerte, muy cómoda. No nos hicieron la habitación el primer día, luego al día siguiente, la mucama vino a disculparse por el error; el muchacho de la recepción muy amable nos hizo llegar más toallas y jabones para tratar de enmendar "algo"; el desayuno regular, lo peor es que retiran los alimentos a los cinco o diez minutos despues de haber terminado el horario de desayuno, estando la mayoría de las mesas ocupadas.

La atención del personal muy familiar, su ubicación, tranquilidad, seguridad, limpieza, buen desayuno y pasajeros de varios países lo cual deja a las claras que es recomendable por lo cual volvería nuevamente. No encontré ninguna incomodidad como para resaltar lo cual indica que estoy conforme.
