Location, at one block from squard San Martin! Closs to everything. I was sick and could actually walk aound and rush back when required, this is hos close it was. Also, i had lost my camera in the cab and noticed it right away. They managed to call the company back and the next day, i recuperatdd it with great reliefs. The staff was great. I had asked for a non-smoking room but there was an ashtray in my room! At least it did not smell. Rooms are a bit old, carpet also.

The breakfast was quite good and the room comfortable. The staff was very unfriendly. They didn't even greet us after staying there for 3 days.

Location Everything but location! The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The room was horrible, with a soiled and worn out carpet, uncomfortable bed, old towels and sheets, a tiny 14" TV with a mulfunctioning remote control, no ammenities, terribly slow wi-fi Internet, and a very long etcetera!

Buena ubicación, impresiona como un hotel importante. Amplio el Loby, bien el ambiente donde sirven el desayuno que también es bueno. Antiguo sin buena conservación. No había aire acondicionado.

la ubicacion el cafe del desayuno y en la 2da. vez que fui al llegar nadie me ayudo a ingresar con mis maletas, en la recepcion el personal estaban hablando animadamente y no se dieron cuenta de mi ingreso con 2 maletas GRANDES

La limpieza de la habitacion 1º dia si no reclamo me dan habitacion estandart y yo habia contratado suite.el desayuno peor que he visto en mi vida....alevosa la economia en calidad y cantidad.jamon cocido....no...era paleta de 4º.cafe cuando habia,jugo re industrial,edulcorante habia q pedirlo.bueno no seguire......que cada uno experimente semejante estafa de desayuno.

Todo. Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y destaco especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal. Sólo un detalle: la habitación de mis hijos (triple) tenía un televisor muy pequeño, habría que renovarlo.
