WiFi is unreliable, slow, and not avaiable everywhere (not in my room, and most people wait in the lobby with their mobiles in hand for a reason, I guess).
Few people speak proper English. The rooms are old, not too clean, holes in the towels, the blanket seemed slightly dirty, and so was the carpet.
No plug for the sink, the bidet leaks from the tap, no toilet brush. Often the flushing mechanisms has a steady leak after using it, that could be annoying at night.
Bring a hair dryer, the one in the bathroom is useless if you're not bald.
Very conveniently located, it's really two minutes from the center and, if you're there for work, it's exactly 5 minutes from the Sheraton Conference center.
Also, it takes 7/8 minutes to get to the airport bus terminal on foot.
There's a very good restaurant just on the other side of the street, and it's close to the shopping roads.
I had some trouble paying due to credit card problems, and the (only?) guy speaking proper English did try to help, I really appreciated that.
It's somewhat inexpensive.
