It has really nice decor with a lovely eating area and great access to internet, The concierge on the front desk of the night of our arrival was very rude in that he took so long to acknowledge our presence even though he knew we were there in front of him. |

Clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect in a four star hotel and importantly a good breakfast and perfect location for seeing Buenos Aires. There was a business conference on in our last night which seemed to take up all the WIFI IP addresses - it became impossible to get internet at that point! |

Excellent value for money, great breakfast, and very pleasant room.Location was particularly good m(very central) and the staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke good english, which was helpful for us. |

The hotel is nice and the staff is helpful, the breakfast was excellent! And the room is very clean. The only bad thing is that the room was very small (inclusive the executive room). I can't imagine the normal room. And another bad thing is that you can listen everything from the other room, even the phone and conversations. The noise insulation between rooms is very poor. |

The hotel was convenient and well priced. The staff were helpful when we wanted guidance. The breakfasts were very good. The free internet access was appreciated allowing us to contact family and friends. The rooms were a little smaller than expected, still quite adequate for our stay. Sound insulation between rooms could be improved. |

Por tudo o que oferece, o Hotel mostra excelente relação custo benefício. Pessoal muito bem preparado e disposto a auxiliar sempre que solicitado. Internet grátis por wi-fi nos quartos e nos computadores do restaurante. Ar condicionado não funcionou em todo o Hotel nas duas primeiras diárias. Infelizmente tive um dente quebrado em função de um grão de milho misturado ao corn flakes no café da manhã. |
