Very good attention from all members of the friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well furnished, without unnecessary luxury, but they have suites available for those looking for something more. The breakfast buffee is excellent (the very well made scrambled eggs and the tasty, not oversalted bacon are much worth to try!!!). Tried their a la carte dinner once, and it was very good, even when the range of options was rather restricted. I much recomend this hotel.

Meals very good. Good exchange rate at the desk. Did not have a iron in the rooms to do your ironing of cloths. Did not have tea and coffee making items in your room.

Fiquei somente um dia no hotel pois estva de passagem para ir para Patagônia, mas achei local muito bom. O restaurante do hotel é excelente e o serviço também, o quarto era muito confortável.

Hotel bem localizado, com boa estrutura, quarto confortavel. O hotel poderia rever a questão de carpetes no piso dos quartos, além de ser antiquado, o cheiro não é bom e o aspecto de sujeira é muito incomodo. Havia um vazamento no box do banheiro, que deu para conviver os 4 dias. O café da manhã é muito ruim, sem variedades, a mesma coisa todos os dias, não aguentava mais ver croissant.

O hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários, com algumas exceções, são muito atenciosos. O quarto é espaçoso e a internet funcionava bem. O café da manhã era bom. Não houve nada que não tenha gostado

El Hotel cubrió todas las espectativas asumiento que es 4 estrellas. El precio es acorde y las instalaciónes ordenadas y prolojas, excelente vista a la 9 de Julio. Realmente muy recomendable. Volveria con seguridad Todo fue muy bueno, aunque el desayuno deberia mejorar

The staff was very friendly and spokeenglish well enough. The cafe serves edible though not gourmet food. They accomodated our crazy arrival an departure times with wake up calls and taxi service. Good for a night or two for business. Very clean. Was obviously very fancy about 15 years ago, but has not been updated. Everything is in perfect condition thugh, nothing shabby at all.

Os funcionários eram todos muito prestativos, simpáticos e faziam de tudo para agradar. O quarto/banheiro também estava muito limpo, comfortável e o serviço de wifi maravilhoso. A tv era uma lcd de 42", o ar condicionado funciona muito bem, e a cama e super comfortavel. ó hotel e luxuoso e embora seja na Av. 9 de Julio e calmo e tranquilo. Ele fica proximo a San Telmo e tem facil acesso ao metro e taxi. Quando eles colocam as toalhas na mesa do restaurante fica mais elegante e adequado. Recomendo colocar toalha na mesa mesmo que o restaurante nao esteja cheio. Ao contrario tem um aspecto um pouco antigo.
