Buffet breakfast was awful.
Large and comfortable bedrooms and the place is everything you would expect from a 'corporate' hotel. Clean and efficient but lacking any charm.
Compared with other hotels in Argentina we thought it was expensive. They tried to charge me when I only returned one plastic 'key' to our room.
good value for money, rooms are clean
Clean, comfortable and modern
Somewhat far from the center of town and lots of street noise
The staff was very helpful and they pick us up at airport and arranged transport back. Very nice though the town is very economically depressed. We used an organized trip to get to the falls.
The spread at breakfast was both a delightful feast for the eyes and belly. The staff were professional, and knew the ins and outs of transport to the falls. The room was huge and very comfortable.
The hotel is far from the main town. It's a long, hot walk to get to the town for anything. The hotel had restaurants and could arrange transport to the falls, making it not really necessary to go in to town.
Excellent hotel, with excellent facilities, and qualified/professional staff. The hotel restaurant is very good. Besides the location is very central to both parks, but further away from city centre.
The swimming pool on top of the building is a bit worn and not worth the trouble.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice but could use some improvements such as fixing the umbrellas.
Breakfast was average and while dinner service was good the shrimp I had were way overdone and the rest of the meal was also average. I wouldn't eat in the restaurant again.
clean, luxurious, and receptionists speak English and give good advice. The hotel has its own restaurant and room service. We used the room service to order food, which is much cheaper than the restaurant, and the food was delicious! The bus to Iguazu national park (argentina side) is just around the corner and is 40 peso each, a taxi is 150 peso. The breakfast in the hotel is great, and the best I had when in Argentina. wifi excellent as well.
Not really, though the price is a bit high, it is really worth the experience.
Love the pool & massages Awsome breakfast
excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location
Friendly helpful staff, great sized room and a comfy bed. Great looking pool with outdoor seating on roof top, with a good view. Easy walking to money exchange and supermarket. Found location great for tour pickup for the falls. Excellent wifi access in room. Yummy selection for breakfast .Enjoyed our stay :)
We only stayed one night while travelling from Iguazu Falls (Brazilian Side) to Buenos Aires. Hotel is not in the town but is in a good location to Iguazu Falls (Argentinan Side) and the airport. The hotel has a private car for transfers to both and while a but expensive it's really convenient.
A bit on the expensive side
Very relaxing, friendly staff, good breakfast. Big bathroom. Suitable for 2-3 nights stay in order to visit the falls. Bus to the falls right on the corner.
Location is a bit far from all the restaurants but very quite.
This hotel had everything that we needed, close to bus stop, helpful staff, pleasant breakfast. Very spacious room and bathroom.
The building had absolutely no character. The air con fan was deafening so we had to choose between hot and stuffy or being quiet enough to sleep. Hopefully other rooms didn't have this problem.
Friendly staff who were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions, and other miscellaneous information. Location was great and made it easy to get to the falls on the Argentina and Brazil side through the use of buses, which were very convenient. Loved the restaurants in Puerto Iguazu, the food and wine was amazing. The room was also chic and functional. I loved the design. I also liked the view of my room a lot which gave me a lovely view of the sunset. Overall an absolutely lovely stay.
Had emailed the hotel for the the best way on how to get there from the Brazilian airport twice and received no reply. Even a nil reply would have been appreciated with regards to transport available other than taxi. That would have facilitated my planning.
Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all were. It made our brief time there very enjoyable. This Hotel is rated as a 4 star, but the staff made it a 5-start experience for us. Great in-room Internet. The location was good. It was an easy walk to town. We were there in off-season, so the pool was closed, but the area looked inviting.
Need better lighting for hair and makeup in the bathroom or in the room.
Very nice people and service !!! Thanks to Calina, the sweet housekeeper found the money we left in security box !! Thank you so much !!
This hotel was very nice in many different ways: the staff in general and the manager in particular were so kind and helpful! We enjoy our stay during the WC 2014- very nice breakfast buffet which was 30 Reals per person, confortable beds, very clean and nice location!
Nothing that I can think of!
very helpful staff, good breakfast, located between the park and town.
Old facility, though clean, needs updating
Really everything. The staff and hotel property is quite nice.
The only tricky part was trying to figure out how to catch the bus to the falls. The stop is very close to the hotel, but it wasn't clear at first. Make sure to get proper directions from the hotel staff.
Frendly Staff at the front desk Nice modern rooms
Watery eggs for breakfast
Very comfortable hotel, extremely helpful staff speaking English very well. Nice, big rooms. Cosy pool at the top, small but functional gym.
We were given an upgrade. Very nice rooms, very helpful staff who helped with taxis. Was very happy with the hotel.
The location is on the outskirts of town, so to go to restaurants you either need a taxi or to be prepared for a long walk.
