the small bar downstairs
the room had windows to the back
front desk, a woman who spoke better english than other woman(kinder) was unkind, flat expression, not helpful at all, just pretened to listen customers. Should have remembered her name!
My daughter got sick and the hotel made arrangement so that we could see a doctor very quickly. They really took good care of us. This is a good location for Iguazu Fall very close to the Brazilian border.
Breakfast was not to the level of the hotel and a little small room
Hotel is new and comfortable. Dinner is great.
Water pressure in shower is very weak. Absolutely needs to be fixed. I dont understand why this is still not solved? Wifi was poor. Mainly sweet stuff for breakfast. The transport company in hotel is more expensive than the taxis but problem is there is no taxi around due to location.
Very pleasant hotel in all aspects, great breakfast. Close to bus station to depart to the falls
Breakfast was excellent
Rooms were bit small. And wi-fi was so so.
We had a little bad luck with the weather, and could not enjoy the nice pool.
Buffet breakfast was awful.
Large and comfortable bedrooms and the place is everything you would expect from a 'corporate' hotel. Clean and efficient but lacking any charm.
Compared with other hotels in Argentina we thought it was expensive. They tried to charge me when I only returned one plastic 'key' to our room.
good value for money, rooms are clean
Clean, comfortable and modern
Somewhat far from the center of town and lots of street noise
The staff was very helpful and they pick us up at airport and arranged transport back. Very nice though the town is very economically depressed. We used an organized trip to get to the falls.
The spread at breakfast was both a delightful feast for the eyes and belly. The staff were professional, and knew the ins and outs of transport to the falls. The room was huge and very comfortable.
The hotel is far from the main town. It's a long, hot walk to get to the town for anything. The hotel had restaurants and could arrange transport to the falls, making it not really necessary to go in to town.
Excellent hotel, with excellent facilities, and qualified/professional staff. The hotel restaurant is very good. Besides the location is very central to both parks, but further away from city centre.
The swimming pool on top of the building is a bit worn and not worth the trouble.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice but could use some improvements such as fixing the umbrellas.
Breakfast was average and while dinner service was good the shrimp I had were way overdone and the rest of the meal was also average. I wouldn't eat in the restaurant again.
clean, luxurious, and receptionists speak English and give good advice. The hotel has its own restaurant and room service. We used the room service to order food, which is much cheaper than the restaurant, and the food was delicious! The bus to Iguazu national park (argentina side) is just around the corner and is 40 peso each, a taxi is 150 peso. The breakfast in the hotel is great, and the best I had when in Argentina. wifi excellent as well.
Not really, though the price is a bit high, it is really worth the experience.
Love the pool & massages Awsome breakfast
excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location
Friendly helpful staff, great sized room and a comfy bed. Great looking pool with outdoor seating on roof top, with a good view. Easy walking to money exchange and supermarket. Found location great for tour pickup for the falls. Excellent wifi access in room. Yummy selection for breakfast .Enjoyed our stay :)
We only stayed one night while travelling from Iguazu Falls (Brazilian Side) to Buenos Aires. Hotel is not in the town but is in a good location to Iguazu Falls (Argentinan Side) and the airport. The hotel has a private car for transfers to both and while a but expensive it's really convenient.
A bit on the expensive side
Very relaxing, friendly staff, good breakfast. Big bathroom. Suitable for 2-3 nights stay in order to visit the falls. Bus to the falls right on the corner.
Location is a bit far from all the restaurants but very quite.
This hotel had everything that we needed, close to bus stop, helpful staff, pleasant breakfast. Very spacious room and bathroom.
The building had absolutely no character. The air con fan was deafening so we had to choose between hot and stuffy or being quiet enough to sleep. Hopefully other rooms didn't have this problem.
