The breakfasts were wonderful, with fresh orange juice and fresh cut fruit salad. That raw fruit salad is not available (I don't know where to find it) in the United States. I was there two times in September, once for seven nights and again for four nights. The later room (1005) was very nice, much nicer than the previous one (605) in which some things didn't work well. Patricio at the front desk helped me very much because of his friendly attitude and excellent English. I asked him about one question per day, and I got a short very clear reply each time. This helped me (as a tourist who knew no one in B.A.) immensely. I will be forever grateful to him. The pictures in the lobby are poorly lit, and despite repeated mention, nothing was done about it. Not just dimly lit, but half lit, things like that. I noticed it each time I entered the hotel, and no one else seemed to care. |

Located centrally on pedestrian streets. The superior room was a lot better than the regular room, but the regular room was fine too, albeit old. The mon to fri day staff were not very friendly or helpful. However, apart from check in and check out it was not a problem. The location and price more than made up for some less than sunny faces. |

The rooms are very clean. Right in the heart of Downtown. Very affordable. Although it was listed as a 4 star hotel, I would have given it a 2 and a half. |

The staff were excellent. About an hour after checking in my girlfriend received a phonecall to say her mother was gravely ill in Cordoba (13 hrs bus ride away). The hotel very graciously agreed to only charge for one night (although they were entitled to more). They offered to store our suitcases free of charge for however long was necessary, and were most supportive during a very difficult time. Within an hour we were on the bus. Unfortunately we arrived in Cordoba too late but the actions of the hotel staff are still very much appreciated. Thankyou. If you run into problems this hotel will do everything possible to help. The rooms were fairly basic for a 4 star. A double bed has to be requested in advance, even if a double room is booked. |

It was adequate and good value for money and close to florida avenue for shopping . It has a great location. The walls are thin re some noise. |

The location couldn't be better, if you want to visit all the important landmarks in the city this is definitely the place to stay at. All public transportation points are walking distance from the hotel whenever you feel like visiting places outside the capital. You can pretty much listen to everything that is happening in the rooms next to yours (which was kind of fun at some point) |

Very nice hotel. The location is great, close to everything and the subte. We didnt have any problem doing our stay. The room was clean. And the breakfast was good also. |

based in the heart of the city center just a few meters away from main shopping and tourist street avenida florida. very busy staff. receptionist not very friendly. rooms mobilar was very old and not in the best condition. |

If you like staying in the retail shopping centre of cities, this place is perfectly located. If you want culture, check out a hotel in San Telmo (15 min walk from this hotel). The staff were not particularly helpful in suggesting activities, tours or much information about the city at all. Breakfast at the hotel is horrible; skip it and go to a cafe. |

Fantastic location. Easy to find. Decent room. Free internet in lobby. Good for solo traveller. Horrible sticky keyborad to pc, and only one pc - more would be helpful |

The newly remodeled room was extremely comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff was as helpful and friendly as we could have desired. Our only criticism is that this large hotel has only one computer for guests' internet services. The lack of adequate computers for guests to use for internet services. |

Superior rooms are renovated and in very good condition. Rooms are very good in this price category. Toilet was not cleaned. They charged things from the minibar that we did not consume, guests should carefully check the minibar before entering the room !!! |
