Beautiful, large and comfortable large studio with an excellent kitchen, bench, stools and a big bathroom. Great King bed too wifi worked great and air-cond. I was very impressed. Very kind and helpful concierge and doorman. Claudia - the manager, was very helpful and professional. Next to subway (but would not recommend using it, unsafe), a great restaurant in street corner, huge mall and cheap supermarket lost opposite the building Had no problem with hot water or anything really.

The location is unsafe: it is common for people to be mugged, groceries and purses snatched… according to the concierge of the building. The building itself is secure. I did not go out much, but when I did I had a known taxi take me places. I recommend people ask the concierge or doorman (both very kind) to call the taxi. The taxi man actually lives in the building. The kitchen could have more utensils.

Stayed here 2 weeks and it felt like home. With the kitchenet we had everything to make our own breakfast. Everything is available what you need. The only thing what was missing was an iron - great location - nice appartment, very save, cause theres always a doormen whos watchin 24/7. no access without a key. - very clise to a metro station - big shopping mall and grocerie store right close by - Claudia was always available over whats app but great - free wifi would stay here again.

    - Room was not very clean the floor was dirty and the dirty mob was in the bathroom - neighbors door was loud and we could hear it all the time. that was bothering, but ok

    The state of the flat.

No one spoke English as they promised. The lady that should do the administrative work showed up 2 hours later than arranged.

    Big bed....

Disgraceful and dishonest behaviour by this company. Booked a superior/deluxe apartment here but we were moved to other building 6 blocks away and given a significantly inferior standard studio. The following day, after checking what we'd booked, emailed to complain. Ignored. Spent over an hour arguing in Spanish when we went to pay on last night as she wanted us to pay deluxe price. She claimed she couldn't change it and down to booking.com. They agreed an online refund. She later rang back claiming she had refunded the $75 in cash meaning we had to launch a 2 week dispute with booking.com. she could not care less.

Great bed Well-equiped, fairly new studio Well-located half way between Palermo and Microcenter

The whole booking process was sketchy. The day before we arrived we got an email prompting us to pay in dollars. We only had pesos. When we arrived at the building, we were told that there was a problem with our apartment and we had to move to a different building (Av. Cordoba instead of Av. Corrientes). During payment, they used a bad Dollar-Peso exchange rate for our payment, but we insisted on only paying the amount that booking.com showed us. Eventually they agreed to that price. Apart from that, everything was fine with the stay ...
