The facilities are amazing, the gym is superb, the breakfast very good, very comfortable hotel. Location is also good, if you want to stay at Porto Madero. Famous restaurant night club in front. The service was not that good. The staff really wasn't the best for the price and hotel chain. Only one employee was really nice to us. The concierge at night was ok but during the day we asked for directions for the zoo and they kept saying the opening time without listening to us. We wanted to know about a zoo that is outside Buenos Aires and they didn't even mention it, we went to the wrong zoo, and we found out it wasn't the one we were looking for... They charge for everything. I was with a bunch of girlfriends and we asked for glasses of champagne to drink and they charged the glasses, we already had the bottle but we had to pay for it and pay for the ice!! Couldn't believe. Also, I thought it was very rude a sign in the water filter at the gym saying ONLY FOR GYM USERS - I left the pool passed in front of it - what's the problem if I want to drink a glass of water?? They didn't replace the toilette paper in my room, didn't replace the napkins. When we checked in we asked if collect calls to Brazil were charged and they said it wasn't, but at the check-out they charged the pulse for collect calls... They should have told us that. Nice hotel, but rude in every way.

Location Building Charged Room Wifi signal disconnected every 5 minutes (received refund) a/c in lobby extremely cold Disco next door didn't let me rest with high volume music the whole night until 7am (no refund on this one)

The location is very safe and there are many restaurants where you can walk to Most of the staff is the rudest we have ever experienced. There are not helpful at all and act like you are disturbing their day when you ask something.

Perhaps the best location in Buenos Aries, rooms are good size, clean, good bed, desk and chair. very expensive internet and breakfast.

The bedrooms are very good. The pool and the gym are excelent. The location is perfect. The reception and concierge staff doesn't help you when you need. They are not polite and doesn't do much for you.

The check out time was extended for 3 hours more wich allowed us to recover properly after 15 hours trip. A taxi was booked and organised to pick us up from the international airport but it never turned up even tough it was organised days previous to our arrival, we waited for more than 1 hour, then the hotel staff intended to charged this service.

great location, clean and comfortable room expensive and slow internet (it is unbelievable that some hotels in this class, still charge for internet, let alone the fact that you also have to pay for a slow connection!)

Encantado con el Hotel. Es un 5 estrellas por las instalaciones y los servicios. No es barato ni lo debe ser. Tampoco es caro ya que tiene incluido servicios sin cargo que en otros lugares se cobran. No me gustó irme, ni el frigobar sin bebidas.

Delicada atención y buen gusto por los detalles..Amabilidad y confort La atención del bar a la habitación solo disponía de licores de miniatura en vez de preparados, aunque reconozco que eran las 2 de la madrugada....

La ubicación y la infraestructura del Hotel son excelentes. La atención es sumamente fría. Carece de detalles, desde batas en las habitaciones hasta bebidas en el frigobar, no hay nada!!!!

El lobby No hay mozos en la cafetería. En la heladera de la habitación sólo se dispone de una botella de agua. Faltan elementos básicos de higiene personal. El spa cuenta con pocos servicios.
