We had a club room and we were lucky as at least we coud enjoy he club where the food was poor and dull. The service in the hotel was not a five star. Cleaning of the rooms in the evening was a surprise, you never knew if it was the right day! One little soap for two adult and so on...
Services (it is not a 5 star hotel): mini bar empty; just one soap for two persons; no turndown service in the evening
The location was excellent and the rooms are of good size
The breakfast egg station wait was too long and did not cater other cooked breakfast. The waiters were too slow in bringing hot drinks during breakfast.
bed, location of hotel
reception and concierge staff, there was no mini bar at all and no renewing for bottle of waters.
Great 5 stars for the price you pay compared to Brazil where we live.
We checked in late at 9:30 pm . They took a really long time to take our luggage to the room so my husband had to go downstairs to get it himself.
The building and the breakfast
the extra bed for my child (25) was very small
The room was gorgeous and so was the view. I had a fantastic treatment in the spa. I often feel uncomfortable travelling on my own but I felt very at ease here.
I didn't really know what facilities were available at the spa and would have liked to staff to have explained them when I arrived as I didn't realise what I was missing out on. A bit more choice on the room service menu and a mini bar in the room (it's empty and you have to order what you want) would be great. None of the above were huge negatives though and I loved my stay
Lacking an eating place other than a restaurant or pastries and coffee Room service was good and prompt but eating in the room each night is not fun.
location was good for down town and the port development Staff very helpful Pick up and drop off at airport spot on Roof top pool great
Confortable room. New bath towels. Very good fitness center.
I stayed in the Executive Floor. The executive lounge is a very bad experience. There were only 2 persons for service. Full ocupancy due to an event and there were no seats in that place for breakfast. The replacement of the food was very slow. The variety of the buffet was poor. During the happy hour, the same problems....slow service, no food replacement, no seats.
Room was nice and comfortable. Ordered room service and the food was delicious. Nice views of the harbour area and close to great walking paths.
Front desk friendliness, in room dining very fast & efficient, loved the bed, bathroom size, room view.
Lobby bar service very slow, bathroom cleanliness (stains on toilet seat), swimming pool closed too early on a beautiful sunny weekend. Food prices a bit high.
Excellent location at the heart of Puerto Madero and close to a vast choice of upper en restaurants. Relatively new hotel with great facilities.
Rooms have only basic amenities and not at the standard of a Hilton hotel. Bed sheets and duvet are not adequate for the rather warm weather of Buenos Aires. Hotel airport shuttle costs USD 80.00, hence its not really a shuttle.
Flawless service in general. The infrastructure looks neat, nevertheless, some of the rooms look old (like from 1999) and they have never been re-modeled in any way.
With most American hotels, you get charged for everything, which contrast with practices from hotels in Argentina where things such as internet and breakfast are included. For this reason, the hotel might come across as pricey versus other options. It is still located in a very nice area.
I like the location , service was good but not consistent as some of the staff were very helpfull but some staff were reluctant to help with phone calls to transport or getting the luggage from our room...
Personal at the reception could be more courteous and customer oriented. Is always like that. All other staff members usually are supportive
The gym only opens from 6:30am. Compared to other hotels in the same range offer access to the gym 24 hours or at least start at 6am. The Executive Floor Lounge would be nice if van improve the breakfast selection
Excellent location, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms
Water pressure in shower could be better, up to a certain floor no view from the rooms.
Everything as always
I was not informed about the gym being refurbished, I choose this hotel solely for its great gym facilities. If the I was informed about this i would not of stayed here and i was only informed upon entry in to the gym. Poor communication to a loyal hilton honours customer.
Location ok Great room size
High daily rate. Breakfast, internet in the room=extra charges. Services, breakfast/food very average
As a gold card holder, I had access to the club lounge facilities which were excellent
Was quite expensive relative to other hotels in other areas however safety was my primary concern and I felt safe both in the hotel and in the neighbouring areas which was important.
The bed at Hilton is always awesome!!
It is a shame that a five star hotel doesn´t have free wi-fi at the rooms. An they had a concierge (a tall, bald guy) that was just the worst concierge I have ever met in my life - just because you are in a nice hotel, doesn´t mean you have to be nose up and full of attitude!
I liked the SPS and the heated pool. Excellent staff SPA treatment
The hotel is only appearance. It is a barn with luxury. The sounds are amplified and the rooms if you listen to issue inside your room. At 5 am the hall cleaned with a vacuum cleaner that you hear in your head. The carpet is dirty
Big room, nice gym and sauna and localization.
Not a real 5 stars hotel, eggs cold at breakfast, meet of burger not home made (scandalous in Argentina), service could be improved.
Location bkfst and brunch the best.
